I ordered an iced tea and I was given a hot tea. I was with a client and didn't want to have to deal with flagging them down to request the correct beverage so I just stuck with the hot tea. This was a huge mistake as the strainer they use for the loose leaf is ginormous. It takes up almost the entire circumference of the cup, making it incredibly difficult to drink out of. I would have loved to remove the strainer, but they didn't provide me with a small plate to place it on, I was only given the mug. This led to my tea becoming incredibly bitter as it steeped for far too long. Please consider investing in smaller strainers that hook to the sides of the mug with a chain, and give something along with the mug for customers to put said strainer. This is my new favorite coffee shop to go to. Its a really nice atmosphere to just sit and draw/study/work. It can be a bit busy and loud at times, but headphones do the job. Its really such a cute place on the inside with local stuff for sale. Good service. Had a mocha which was a little too overly sweet for my liking, but the coffee still tastes great. Simply beautiful! The coffee and the snacks are delicious, we ordered some Oatmeal, Pesto egg in toast and the Nutella Raspberry Croissant and they were 👌👌 Such a beautiful, calm vibe to this place, perfect way to start your day. Beautiful coffee shop with a wonderful selection of coffees and foods. Wonderful and interactive staff. Very inclusive atmosphere. A small variety of local goods for sale from small businesses in central Ohio.
