Beware of the dish dirt blonde that helps w customer service. She accused me of trying to steal.. my family has gone here for over 30yrs. We won't be going here anymore cuz of super C that works there. I called a complaint and the worker says "we don't know when someone will get back to you". Really that's how this store is run now. Never will we go there again
Usually a really great jewel. Today I had a really terrible experience. Self checkout guy came over three times during my checkout and hovered I did not take a single thing. Then, I go outside to my car and he comes up from behind me (while I am alone in a parking lot) and asks for my receipt again. He still did not find anything (of course).
Easy to shop. Employees are mostly nice but the new guy at the service desk is a pain to deal with. He fights you on price adjustments & treats you as if you're lying about the sale price!
If I could give a 0 star rating, I would. Sherry, the manager in charge of Drive Up & Go, called me a “dumb customer” word for word over the phone when I just wanted clarification on a refund. Absolutely terrible online shopping system as well; I placed an order for 12 soda bottles and I was notified my order was complete and ready for pickup, only for me to drive 30 minutes to this location and receive only 5 bottles. If you plan on shopping here, please do not even bother asking staff for help. They are useless and rude.
I've been going to this location since I was a child. I nearly recognize the whole staff that's worked there for a long while.
As of my recent shopping "experience" at the self-checkout, I was being harassed that I didn't scanned an item.
Which she scanned the item, only for me to tell her. It's on there, and for her to correct her add-on.
Then, as I'm finished. She comes out of no where to tell me my bread wasn't scanned, only to take it away from me. While I'm waving the receipt at her. There.
I missed my UBER.
On top of that, I had to go to customer service on behalf of the unnecessary add-on. Luckily, they were able to ease my tension with a better deal and refund.
To my dismay, this was one of the most frustrating and unpleasant experiences I've had at my local grocery store.
Oh my god. As I'm waiting for my second UBER, another staff comes to tell me I didn't scan a box of instant ramen..... the same lady told her I didn't scan a box of instant ramen.
ITS ON THE RECEIPT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I go here often, I try not to buy anything from the deli, but today I wanted lunch, 3 people behind the counter , we waited about 5 minutes and left, myself and another customer
Always something, I spoke with the store manager before about them digging in the hair while fixing food, they just don't give a damn in the store .
