We had a beer budget for the champagne taste and what we imagined for the birthday cake for my best friend's surprise 60th Birthday Broadway theme. Jill's team designed and created the most beautiful cake which looked as if we paid much more than our budget allowed. Not only was it gorgeous, it was absolutely delicious! Thank you for making me look like a rock star by presenting this amazing cake for Troy!

Jill recently created our dessert bar for our wedding and it was absolutely perfect. It was beautifully displayed, she executed on exactly what we wanted, the desserts were delicious and she was a pleasure to work with. All of our guests absolutely loved the treats, so much so that there was hardly anything left over at the end. I highly recommend Jill's Cake Creations!

Jill's Cake Creations pulls out a showstopper of a cake! The wedding cake not only was exactly what we asked for and was gorgeous but tasted amazing (pina colada cake with Bavarian cream filling). The delivery was timely, Jill and her assistant were friendly and even helped guide us with last-minute request to better understand how to cut the cake. Fantastic all the way around! I recently had the pleasure of working with Jill and her Cake Creation Staff. Our art department needed a hero prop fabricated for a commercial film shoot. Jill and her team produced two identical replicas of the birthday cake from the John Huges film 16 Candles. Jill was thoroughly knowledgeable of period-appropriate cake decoration and (despite a really limited reference image), produced two beautiful replicas. Everyone on set kept joking about how delicious the cake looked and many demanded a slice once we wrapped -- little did they know the cakes were frosting-only and had styrofoam cores! - When we discussed the project, Jill immediately encouraged us to go with styrofoam-cores and the resulting "cakes" were much more durable and still looked great after several days of photography and multiple rounds of candle burning. It was wonderful to find a cake creator who could 100% deliver--and fast! Thanks Jill!

We heard about Jill’s Cake Creations because we’ve lived in the SCV for most of our lives and thought they would be good for our wedding because we wanted to do a dessert bar instead of the traditional wedding cake. We went to a free cake tasting about 6 months before our wedding and all the cake and frosting flavors we tasted were delicious. We ended up deciding to have a mini cupcake dessert bar for our wedding after the tasting. We chose 6 different cupcakes and frosting flavors. They delivered to our venue and included all the display items needed to make the dessert bar pop. We ordered 300 cupcakes for about 100 guests and there was only about 20 cupcakes left at the end of the reception and the cupcakes were a hit. We will go back to Jill’s in the future for our dessert needs.
