This has been a great place to go get a burger and fries for decades. I still remember their burgers and shakes from when I was a child. The atmosphere inside remains largely the same, although on my last few visits it seems just a little bit dirty at times. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the food remains excellent. I haven't been back to Jim's in years. The burgers and malts are still as good as I remember. However, the onion rings have changed. They used to be thin and very crispy. Now, they are thick and not as crispy. A huge down grade in my opinion. Food: 4 Service: 4

Food was good, and the service was not great. I could tell the staff was mentally done for the night, I loved the old Time feel. I'll be back though the 6inch was worth the bill. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

This was quite the experience. Kitchen help were fighting amongst themselves while we waited at the front of the line 15 minutes to place our order. We should have left then! The burgers were mostly raw and totally devoid of flavor. Our half & half fries & rings contained very average fries and 2 quarter sized onion rings. For 2 of us, it was $25.
