After a long walk around American Computer Museum, come to this fast food and have a rest here. Most visitors of Jimmy John's say that tasty sandwiches are served here. Food delivery is a big plus of this place. The attentive staff works hard, stays positive and makes this place great. The nice service is a big advantage of this spot. But google users rated this fast food and it didn't gain a high rating.

Garbage. Got a Giant sandwich for $17 , like dang that’s expensive and when I got home realized they had skimped on the meat so hard that it was basically a lettuce and bread sandwich. Made me so hot about it I didn’t even wanna eat the other half even though I was starving. It was pathetic and I couldn’t even see it being made bc their sandwich making aisle was blocked off. Save your time and money and go to Jersey Mike’s on Huffine. That was my initial plan but the road construction was taking too long. I had the absolute worst experience at this location. The manager was horrible over the phone to me. There was a mix up with the delivery and they had just dropped our food off to a completely different address. The person they dropped it off to called me and said the delivery guy didn’t even confirm the name on the order and just left it at his work. When I tried to ask about getting our food or receiving a refund the manager proceeded to tell me that it was all my fault. His customer service and tone of voice was so disrespectful. When I voiced to the delivery driver that finally brought us our food, he told me I was lying and started arguing with me in my place of work. Two back desk women witnessed him doing this and my manger had to ask him to leave the building. It was the most unprofessional experience I have ever been in. This location needs better management in place to represent them. Service: 1

Freaky fast? More like freaky slow, you've had my order for about 30 minutes and still not out for delivery. Its a single sandwich by the way. This isn't the first time this happened, the last time I was told 40 people came in out of nowhere so my order was put on hold. This place is a joke. Never again will I order from this place. Would have been faster to walk there. Look at the time stamps in the photo.

Good sandwiches 90% of the time but I got the beach club and they forgot to add avocado spread this time which is the entire point of buying this specific sandwich for me. If i just wanted a turkey sandwich with mayo and provolone I would've made it at home for 1/5 of the price I paid after tipping.

A great place to get a sub sandwich that doesn't make you feel sick later. ordering online took a little bit of time to figure out but the staff at the facility were wonderful. I would highly recommend ordering the unwitched sandwich. It's a sandwich without bread and with lettuce instead and it's awesome! they serve their sandwiches with a lot of meat and a lot of sauce which I love!

Good sandwichs but literally never (and I order a lot) puts mustard packets in the bag when you order online for delivery (and select that you want mustard packets.) I wish they would make it standard to do for all delivery orders or would just make plain yellow mustard and option for putting on the sandwich so I don't have to "order" mustard packets.

For a fast and fresh sandwich, you can't beat Jimmy John's. The wait time is minimal and the staff are friendly. We ordered a party tray for a lunch meeting for 20 and it worked out perfectly and was ready when we needed it. A solid choice near the Montana State campus.
