First time and definitely the last time. Ordered 3 subs and a wrap combos between myself and 3 kids for a total of $70! We've gone to the Jimmy John's in north spokane quite a few times and the sandwiches were always full and great tasting. This branch however is the opposite. After ordering, the store called me back to tell me that they ran out of lettuce....OK, so send someone to the store and get a head of lettuce or two and chop them up...their solution was to throw in some cookies. The pictures are of my Cubano that was minimal onnits ingredients and tasted like a salt block. The other picture is my 8 year olds. This was my first time going to a Jimmy John's and most likely my last. I downloaded and created an account. My reward was supposed to be a free sandwich it said the discount would be applied at checkout. No discount. Not really this stores fault. So I paid for the sandwich and went into the store to pick up my order it was ready, but the workers were sitting in chairs talking, and weren't really interested in customer service they looked super lazy the 3rd employee retrieved my sandwich. I get home, and it's missing one of the key ingredients it was a veggie sandwich, cucumbers, lettuce cheese, and tomato with mayo and avocado spread. I also added light peppers and onion. No cucumbers to be found if you're not adding meat to a sandwich, The cucumbers are like the meat but a veggie. How could they forget this? That's what little John's #6 is. Sure, she offered to remake it, but at that point, I was already home and didn't have time to go back. It seems like this is a trend other customers say the same thing in the comments. I'm not sure how such a simple sandwich can get messed up. Guess I should have read the reviews first. The sandwich it's self did not taste fresh. The lettuce was wilted, and it was overloaded with mayo, and hardly any avocado spread it actuallytasted horrible. I think they are trying to cut corners and skimp on the toppings. Well, they're not saving infact there losing because customers won't go back. Why waste time energy and money on companies that aren't putting their best foot forward. 9/25/2021 (5 Stars) Our first time here, as we were traveling through town (we live 4 hours away). The food was very good, as usual from this brand. Today, while eating lunch inside the store, all the staff members were exceedingly fun and entertaining to be around. Ive never experienced such a fun atmosphere at this brand before. Waited an inordinately long time for the most pathetic looking sandwiches I've ever seen outside of a gas station. The order was technically correct, but there wasn't much toppings (I ordered a regular #4). Loads of mayo, and little else. Turkey doesn't look too great either, tbh. I've been to other Jimmy John's, so this was a disappointment.

Deli or plain sandwich options are limited in this area. JJ's is decent and far better than what Subway tries to pass off Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Okay so tonight’s staff just awful we ordered no veggies all on our sandwiches and got veggies got home to find it I can’t have tomatoes or lettuce so I wasn’t happy. Normally I say no veggies and I get it. But seriously even on online orders be polite read the order some people can’t have veggies and for multiple reasons. So please teach your staff to read because I won’t drive 15 mins back to deal with incorrect food I wasted 40$ on food tonight that I can’t eat. And for reference date is 6-14-23 so you can talk to who ever your sandwich makers are tonight because like I said normally I don’t get this mishap just tonight. Otherwise it would be a five star. So I’m saying Is tonight’s staff is a one star other staff is 5 Price per person $10–20 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

We came in on a Sunday afternoon. We were the only customers inside. The atmosphere was very industrial: cold, metallic, lots of echoes. Our service was good and our food was a quickly made. It was an okay place for a quick bite in-between running errands. Our meals were good. We both got the #8 as a normal meal, James' as an unwich (lettuce wrap), no cheese.
