Terrible customer service. Been waiting over an HOUR for sandwich delivery. Just called and spoke with a manager who told us yet again our order is “on the way”. When I said that over an hour isn’t exactly freaky fast and asked what kind of discount/refund we might get, he said “none, we can’t do that.” I clarified—-“I don’t get any kind of discount for sandwiches that have so far taken over an HOUR to deliver?” He responded “No, we can’t do that.” I will never order from this Jimmy John’s again and will spread the word.

If you order delivery and want to receive your food within an hour, do not order from this location. It took nearly an hour and a half from when my order was confirmed to when it was delivered. The store had terrible customer service and was not even apologetic about the order taking so long. Once they were eventually delivered, the sandwiches were no longer fresh. This is not the first time this has happened. I thought it was a fluke the first time, but it seems to be a recurring issue that they have no intention of addressing. I do not recommend ordering from this location. Service Delivery Food: 1 Service: 1

Good sandwich shop for a quick bite. They make your order so fast there is no customizing it like that other shop. Staff has always been nice. Again, brief interactions. Place looks clean, but I just pick up my sandwiches and go. So, very brief interactions.

Sandwich was good, pickle was old and bruised, asked for it to be quartered and it was cut like this. Called they are sending me a new pickle.

Amazing customer service! I’ve never felt so cared for in this sort of industry and they’ve clearly trained their staff very well. I had a specific encounter with Marcos who was very helpful in ordering sandwiches. 10/10 recommend!! They’re freaky fast and freaky fresh and you can tell that they care about customers!

April 17, 2021: I prefer not to give any stars but I have no choice other than giving one. Based on the other reviews at the end of the day it most likely won’t matter anyway. On Saturday afternoon my husband I stopped at Wags to purchase our dog some treats and we decided to stop at Jimmy Johns for a few sandwiches. As we walked in we noticed about six staff members and no customers other than those in the drive thru. We stood there for a few minutes and watched four people taking care of one order while the other two were taking care of another order. In the meantime only one person said “hi” but no one said “we will be with you momentarily.” As we stood there waiting we noticed one person placing three straws in a bag while another person placed a few bags of chips in another bag. Mind you we are still waiting and yet no one said “we will be with you momentarily.” Ultimately we just left. One would think at least one person out of six would have approached us and proceeded to take our order. Let’s be clear each and everyone of them looked up at us as we entered the store. Very unprofessional to say the least.

Extremely disappointed. Stood at the counter, was never acknowledged. Business phone rang, was looked directly at but still not acknowleged as employee answered the phone. Stood there for several minutes listening to a satellite radio station swearing and using the n word. I decided that was enough and i walked out, having never been helped. Talked with what appeared to be a manager who was outside cleaning up boxes and told him how I was ignored. His response, "okay". Pretty brutal visit.

Ive ordered from here a few times, the food is always amazing. but i wish when you checked off "leave at door" + write "LEAVE AT THE DOOR, CONTACTLESS" in the instructions, they would actually do it. Every time i get delivery i always get contactless because i have an auto-immune disease that makes me quite vulnerable to COVID, however nobody from jimmy johns delivery ever leaves it at the door. they sit there and ring the bell over and over with the food in their hands and then hand it to me no matter what. I dont think i can order from here anymore until at least vaccinations happen or they start to obey the contactless instructions.
