I would recommend not ordering delivery from this location, rather go in person to a different one! I’ve ordered twice for one sandwich, both orders took 70-75 minutes, and one of them was delivered to the wrong address and I had to go hunting the neighborhood for it. There are several JJ locations nearby that have great service, worth the drive :) Service Delivery Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 1

It's clean. Respectful workers. Never packed. There's seating to dine-in. They do deliveries. They make accommodations if you don't want certain things on your sandwich or you want extras. Super disappointed. I tipped 25% with a single, simple request. I asked that the driver bring the bag up one set of stairs (12 steps) and set it down anywhere, I'd grab it from there. As an able bodied person, this takes somewhere between 2 and 2.5 seconds to accomplish. I tipped almost $10 on a $14 order and all for this small favor. Which, as one of Jimmy John's handicapped customers, really ends up being a GIANT favor! It's the difference between the 20 minutes of excruciating pain it's going to take me to go to the door (where they dropped the bag) and the negligible effort it would have taken the driver. Like I said, super disappointed. As for the sandwiches? I think maybe Jimmy John's has taken a hit from the economy (and COVID, maybe)? Sandwich was alright however the delivery service was terrible, the delivery guys tells my little sister “Next time tell your parents to leave a tip.” He states he delivers here all the time and never gets a tip which is a lie, we all tip when we can. Entered a delivery order for 11:45 am. The location of the Jimmy John’s is down the block from the delivery address. Not even a 2 min drive. I have ordered from here many times and each time, it’s taken about an hour and a half to deliver. Definitely not convenient when your lunch lasts 30min. & your 1 mile away from the store. :( #notfreakyfast Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 2

Too slow for my order! I placed an order for my son before his meeting but when we got there , it was not ready for pick up and not even being prepared! More than 30 minutes for a regular sandwich is not acceptable! They did not even show emotion when I asked them about why the order was not being made. I will not go back to this place again. Wondering when Jimmy John’s started charging a delivery fee and had door dashers take their deliveries? Food was as expected, but I was surprised to have a door dasher random person ringing my door bell! Asked to leave on porch as our family has the flu. All is well that ends well I suppose. Took almost 45 minutes, called at 1:36PM and live less than a mile from the shop. Could have slow walked my toddler there I feel like 😉

I came in and ordered 3 Number 5’s, one with hot peppers. None of the sandwiches were labeled so when I asked the employee to confirm these were 3 Number 5’s, one with hot peppers, he nodded with a confused look. We get home, they were 3 entirely different sandwiches, none with hot peppers. It looks like they were made totally randomly.
