I would give this place zero stars if I could. I would not recommend doing business here. They'll mark your order as complete but not actually deliver your food. It certainly wasn't fast service that they heavily imply that they're good at. If anything, it was really poor service. When I called the store, the employee was rude and told me I just needed to wait longer. I certainly won't be shopping here again. They're already late, and apparently, I'll be waiting even longer. If I even get my food at all, that is.

While I have worked the food industry myself for many years, I just can’t give this store more than two stars. Things are just so frequently inconsistent. I’ll get a notice for delayed delivery times and have the food arrive in 20 minutes one day, and then not get any warning on an order that takes them 2 hours to get delivered. It’s not the workers, I mean, if the company actually paid/staffed well enough their service could be excellent. It’s just disappointing because sometimes it’s nice to have a fast/reliable way to order a quick lunch. You just don’t get that with Jimmy John’s anymore. I made this account just to write a review about how much I enjoy this place and the people that work here. Service is great, very good people working here. Food is good and made in a very timely fashion. I get a more personal connection with the people that work here than I do at any other fast food place. Price per person $1–10

I grew up in IL, so I'm fully on the JJ train. I'm still sad that the cut out the sprouts years ago, but this spot is everything you'd expect: fast and on-point. My only disappointments have been that they have run out of iced tea and the jalapeño chips on a couple of occasions. And since COVID, it seems like they never anticipate that anyone will actually sit down to eat (which I'm sure is often true). I’ve ordered from this location a few times for delivery and it seems like every time something is off. Today my sandwich was missing tomatoes and it seemed like it had half the amount of the ingredients as it normally would. Delivery speed was ok today but I asked specifically and politely not to ring the door bell, and the driver did. Previous deliveries from this location have taken 50 minutes to an hour (I’m a mile away). Anyway, still hungry after the worlds skimpiest sandwich. I guess I won’t be ordering from here anymore.

Worst customer service!!! We ordered at 6:40pm for pick up. Got there at the same time and waited 20 minutes. Attempted to get in at 6:45pm and doors were locked. Called at 7:02pm and he said we are closed. I asked when they closed and he said 7. I explained that I ordered 20 minutes prior and have been waiting outside. He never offered to make us sandwiches quick or a refund. We left and a couple minutes later I got a notification that my order was refunded. So clearly he had my order and didn't care to work....I saw 5 workers standing there for 20 minutes and didn't make a single sandwich. Horrible manager and customer service,!
