Ordered for the first time through DoorDash. First, my food got stolen. The restaurant called me to inform me of this but said there was nothing they could do, even though they gave my food to the wrong person, then said it wasn’t their fault? What!?! Got a refund through DoorDash re-ordered my order. Finally got my food and it was not what I asked for nor was it good. Honestly 10 out of 10 do not recommend.

I ordered 10 wings and fries for $15.75 on Broadway by Little Ceasars Pizza. They gave me 5 fresh Wings and 5 old wings from another Day and very little of Fries.I called them and they told me there's nothing he can do about it unless I had all the Food. I live 18 miles away and I feel like there very Unprofessional Business to say that the Owner says I have to bring the Chicken Back when he isn't even there to see anything he should have gave me store Credit. Had always heard great things so I took my assistant coach there for lunch during a coaches clinic. Definitely did not disappoint! I got sauces (hot and tartar) but didn't even use them as the tilapia and wings were delicious without it. The fries were equally as good. Will definitely recommend and return if I'm in the area! Got door dash from this place. Chicken was way to overcooked, the chicken itself literally fell outta the hard as rock skins. Barely any lemon pepper, other JJs usually give a ton so having none was a huge disappointment. Overall a waste of $25. Threw away all the fries cause they were just mush.. Extremely disappointed today. Been coming here for the past year and usually had gotten good food — except for today. My fries tasted like oily fried fish; my Philly cheesesteak was burnt, which had a crunchy and bitter taste. Plus, they charged me $1 for curbside pickup, and their prices increased even though they haven’t updated them on their website. While I understand that restaurants may need to recoup costs for take out/delivery supplies, I wasn’t provided anything out of the usual for my take out. In fact, I didn’t even get utensils, napkins, and condiments for my order today. Another annoyance was when the employee had the audacity if I wanted to tip him when he took my payment for simply doing his job and not even well. Lost a customer today.

Via DoorDash, we ordered a 12" philly cheesesteak, a 6" philly cheesesteak, and a small chicken tenders with two drinks- They sent us a 6" philly cheesesteak, 6" CHICKEN cheesesteak, and a large tender, no drinks. I called them, and they said that they don't associate with Doordash... The guy suggested that I had the wrong location, but no, it was the one on Broadway. If you take a look at some of the other reviews, you'll see that this place is plagued with issues. Do yourself a favor and avoid JJ fish & Chicken.

Found plastic in my food last night, took a pic and videos came in this morning and show it to the manager and he was being very rude and disrespectful. Bad customer service, manager and staff member are rude and disrespectful.

This place use to be good. Lately they are terrible I have order from here 3 separate times recently and each time the food has been disgusting. These people are cooking and old grease and deep frying old fries. There was not one thing that tasted decent. I would not be surprised of these people are cleaning everyone with dirty toilet water. Stopped in for fish. The lady at the register suggested the cod and it was great! Just wished I had had some malt vinegar. Will be back!
