Great diner , just like you would expect it to be. Everyone knows everyone, so there is a lot of local conversation going on. Great food, nice selections, good prices and hearty portions. Large menu compared to most and has daily specials that are a great value. My husband, who is very picky, raves about their Manhattan Clam Chowder, and I find the Chicken Orzo to be quite tasty as well. Closes at 3 daily, so make sure you get in by two so you can eat and enjoy your food without needing to rush. Coffee is always fresh and replenished often as they have someone circling the room with the pot in his hand so you won't have to wait.
Located in a strip mall type setting, the tourists have yet to discover its location, but the locals know a great place and it's always crowded. Try it out, you won't be disappointed.

Cabin Camping at Bass River State Forrest for another 2 night's with Kit Dwight after the drive down from the second shift on Medic Unit #1201 in Holmdel, NJ.
Did the first 2 night's in Saturday and Sunday and will come down again Sunday night for 3 nights.

You could drive past the place and never recognize it. It's part of a little strip mall in the middle of a fishing town that looks like it's forgotten about. But man when you get inside and eat their food, well.....The food was PERFECT. Bacon perfect. Eggs perfect. Service prompt cordial and kind. Prices beyond fair. They could use a little background music. What a great find. EAT HERE.

We came here for the first time this morning and everything was beyond our expectations! From the second we walked in everyone was so friendly and welcoming. The food was PHENOMENAL and our server Jess was absolutely fantastic. This has definitely become our new go-to breakfast place.

I didn’t get the chance to meet John or Sonia, but if I did I would thank them for a GREAT breakfast.
I had the sausage gravy over biscuits and my girl had the breakfast burrito, and they were both really good. They even shaped the kid’s pancake into a Mickey Mouse face.
Good thing we’re only visiting, because I could see us coming here every day for breakfast. Thank you John and Sonia!

John & Sophie have a great family run lunch in that all the workers here are happy and they all love their job never had a bad meal there used to come here with my mom and dad back in the '80s and still go when I get a chance Great people great service great food!
