Really good food and drinks. We had to wait for about 30 minutes for our table but it was worth the wait. Their flaming fajitas are a good size and delicious. Had great service from the staff, and they made sure our little one was a priority.

Flaming Fajitas
The food is good, and the kids love watching the sizzling fajitas table side. There were a lot of people, so the service was a little slow. They give complimentary nacho chips with 2 bean dips, green and red salsa. I ordered the Guadelaja plate with Carne Asada, sizzling fajitas and chicken fingers for the kiddos.

Flaming Fajitas
If you find yourself in Las Vegas craving authentic, affordable Mexican cuisine, Juan's Flaming Fajitas & Cantina on Tropicana is a must-visit destination. From the moment you step in, you're greeted with a warm, inviting atmosphere and the delightful aroma of traditional Mexican dishes.
One of the highlights is the complimentary freshly made chips, served with not one, but three delectable dips, alongside a tasty soup. It's a perfect start to your culinary journey here. But the real star is their fresh guacamole, prepared right at your table. It's not an overstatement to say it's one of the best guacamoles you'll ever taste - rich, creamy, and bursting with fresh flavors.
For the main course, the beef fajitas are a standout choice. Served sizzling, the fajitas are not only delicious but also generously portioned, ensuring you'll likely have some to take home. The staff's attentiveness and friendliness add to the overall dining experience, making you feel truly taken care of.
A word of advice: make sure to book a reservation. This popular spot can be challenging to get into with a drop-in, especially given its reputation and the quality of food and service. Juan's Flaming Fajitas & Cantina is more than just a meal; it's a delightful culinary experience that you shouldn't miss while in Las Vegas.

Very lively and bustling place. The wait was about 30 minutes ( we had no reservation), and they did tell us this up front. We decided to wait. This place has a lot going on, from music to plenty of tables having conversations (this is not necessarily a bad thing, just sharing the atmosphere).
Once seated, we were attended to quickly. Everyone was very kind, from the hostesses up front to our server.
The food:
Chips and dip 9/10 The bean dip is my favorite , but also had 2 other sauces
Fideo 10/10 so flavorful! Not your average fideo, has a little bit more going on
Queso fundido 10/10 - our meat choice was chorizo
Steak fajitas 8/10 great plating service
Local beer flight 10/10 just a fun way to try some different and local beer 🍺

Flaming Fajitas
Our happy hour nachos tasted flat and lacked flavor.. but the margaritas were great. The chips n salsa and guacamole were also very tasty, specifically the guac..! Also our service was fantastic from the time we entered the restaurant until we left.

Absolutely amazing experience at this establishment. I was amazed at how efficient this place was run and how fast they kept things moving even though the restaurant was slammed. The food was amazing and the prices were excellent. The amount of food that they give you is more than can be eaten. All of the staff members were extremely friendly and helpful. Keep up the great work. I wish we had a place like this in Atlanta. They would make a fortune!
