The food is beyond amazing. The service is beyond terrible. The communication is lacking and the people are incredibly rude. I asked for an extra salsa and she said she would have to charge me and I said ok. This made her completely angry and she THREW THE SALSA ON THE GROUND IN THE DRIVE THRU and shut the window!!! If I was being out of line I’d understand but all I did was ask for an extra salsa that I paid for. The granny working the drive through was completely out of line and has no right working with the public. If you are going to guard your salsa like the holy grail you can at least hand it to me. Ridiculous and makes me not want to ever go back despite the food being good. Plenty of places with good food and sweet granny’s waiting to hand it to me not throw it on the ground. The food is ON POINT! We're from out of town but visit often and we eat here EVERY time we are visiting. If I lived here I would be at least 500lbs. They could be less skimpy on the hotsauces and the burritos could def be bigger for the price. but 1000% worth it! I ask for 3 ground beef and potato burritos. They asked if I want hot sauce I said no chile at all. They put jalapeños in the burritos after all, they messed up my stomach and I'm allergic to them. They put stuff in without permission, they aren't very friendly. They just want to make money even at the cost of screwing up your order Food: 1 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Went though the drive thru to order breakfast for family (First time ever trying Julio’s) and the person working was extremely rude and impatient. If it wasn’t for the kid in the car, she would have caught an ear full and I would have drove off. Will be the last time we visit Julio’s. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

They work as fast as they can. The food is great across the board honestly. I've never had anything bad from Julio's. I've placed large orders before. 80+ burritos. If you call ahead and give them time they put it together for you very well. Even helped me get it all out to the truck. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

$5 per burrito that's not completely wrapped right, I took off the foil and the burrito came apart. The sauce isn't even made fresh and is in a small package. It's good but really not worth it, could go across town and get better taste, better price, better sauce, better everything, just not worth the price or the time. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
