Great time! Good place for adults and children. Having birthday parties here is easy & the price is very reasonable. Customer service is what I would expect from a restaurant, bar, & game centered place for family fun & I do give them 5-stars. Very attentive! Allergy options for the food. Games do work, & they have new ones. We had a good time! Highly recommend & we will return. Me and my family had a dinner for 36 people on the 1/31/24. The service was great, food was served fast and the kids are able to be busy. I loved every second of the experience, we also ate her a few times durning are time in Champaign. But this was are first time hosting an event here. It was great service. We visited this place for a surprise birthday party. This was a nice place with a great atmosphere. We were able to sit and eat in the main ground floor area but there were games that the younger members of our group could enjoy. The food was good but the Key Lime Martini was terrific! Awesome family atmosphere Game room in the basement, plus a bar and plenty of seating. Main floor has a bar, even more seating, billiards, and tvs spread out for everyone to enjoy the games on. I had a reservation for myself and my toddler son. It was a fundraiser night for his school. It took them 20 minutes to assist us with seating. No matter how many time I stated why we were dining so that the school could get fundraising proceeds, they seemed to not know anything about it. I could not get anyone to help. I had never been there before now. There were three waiters, waiting on tables but in no set arrangement. A nice man came from the bar and took and brought our drink orders. I ordered a cheese thin crust pizza. Fifty-four minutes passed and we still did not get our food. I placed our order by flagging a waiter down shortly a few minutes after we were seated. Others around us who were seated well after we were got theirs. No ne even checked on us. I flagged the waitress down who took our order. She took another ten minutes to return to the table to tell us that "for some reason" it was not put in"..... I told her that I could not sit there any longer. It was well past our dinner time; we were hungry. My toddler was excited about the pizza we thought we were getting. I asked for the bill for our drinks and the waitress smiled and told me "no worries". I had read quite a few bad reviews for this place prior to coming. But I decided to ignore them and go ahead and have a positive dining experience. It was horrible being there for an hour and a half and never even being able to eat.... They get "ZERO" stars. It was ok just a small little arcade nothing special. The food is great but I do not recommend eating there as it is very very expensive. Would I go back again prolly not but it was a fun experience. This place would be amazing if they exercised any maintenance at all. I have very disappointed kids because 2/3 of the games are broken. Then the prize machine is broken also. Not worth the money it takes to come here. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

We were with a group of about 35. We were in a tight space on the first floor near a bathroom. If someone was standing it was hard to get past. Outsiders came through our space to get to the bathroom adding to the problem. It was a buffet but only one waitress handled all our drink orders and passed out the bills. She was pleasant and did well but it was too much work for one. When it came time to pay their computer system went down. We finally paid with cash but had to get change from our car to pay the total. The pizza is so so. Don't think we'll be back.
