on my recent dining experience at your establishment. While I appreciate the quality of the food, I feel compelled to address concerns regarding the customer service. Upon our arrival for the buffet lunch, we did not receive a welcoming greeting. Additionally, during our meal, I had some leftovers due to being a slow eater. When inquiring about taking the leftovers home, the owner’s response was delivered in a blunt and unprofessional manner. Effective communication and a welcoming atmosphere are integral to the overall dining experience. Despite the positive aspects of the food, the lack of greetings and the unprofessional handling of the leftover inquiry left a negative impression. As a result, I am hesitant to recommend your establishment and may reconsider returning in the future. I hope this feedback is received constructively, as it is intended to contribute to the improvement of the overall customer experience establishment.
