The atmosphere when you come in I am met with a majestic and upscale Japanese restaurant. Everyone on staff was helpful and knowledgeable. I got the house Sake hot, very good taste for house quality. The Miso soup has a fantastic savory umami and I adored the flower art with my sushi rolls. The Waikiki was a blast from a tropical paradise, while the Shrimp Killer Roll was a delicious combination of shrimp and scallions with spicy mayo that was to die for. Let’s not forget the Gyoza, I loved the way the dough surfaced was crispy and the sauce was absolute. Highly recommended, 10/10. Went for sushi lunch at kaizen sushi. The place was not crowded and we were promptly greeted by the chef making sushi. We were seated a few minutes later. The lunch special was $24.95 and it included 9 pieces of sushi and a small side roll and cup of miso soup. The water was $4.50 and diet coke $3 a can and $10 for hot saki. The sushi was beautiful but no wasabi on another of it you had to ask for wasabi and soy sauce. Strange.... also there was either a taste of soap or strange lemon with the sushi. Not sure if the plate wasn't rinsed or it was lemon. The rice didn't stay together well on the sushi, as it broke apart easily when using chop sticks. Overall it was a little pricey but the atmosphere was nice. The chairs were uncomfortable to sit on as we asked for a table and didn't sit in the wood benches. Eh it was ok but you can do better for the price point.
Service was spectacular, the food was amazing and the hot sake we ordered complimented the dishes extraordinarily well. Our server was incredibly polite. We loved the music, it was the perfect volume and the song choice was perfect. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a nice dinner or any other occasion. We will be making this place a regular stop for date night. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Recommended dishes Roll

Wow!! Kaizen!! What a little gem of a restaurant!! Super cute spot and a great place for an affordable, romantic dinner. My boyfriend and I loved the decor! The service was impeccable and very friendly. Mussels! (Baked New Zealand Mussels in Dynamite sauce) Probably the best mussels I've ever had. Not overcooked; sauce wasn't overwhelming; they were so good I wish we had ordered two orders!!! They are that good! Sushi roll recommendation: Orange Blossom! All the rolls we ordered (three total) were great! We had the Jay Roll, Sour Candy Roll, (topped with thin slices of lemon), but the Orange Blossom Roll was our favorite by far! Definitely a reorder along with the New Zealand Mussels! This is our new sushi spot in Las Vegas! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

Second time here and can't get enough. Atmosphere was very nice. The selection of sushi was amazing. I had the Orange Blossom, Monster, and Alaskan rolls. Each one better than the 1st. Highly recommend if you are near the strip. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100

Love going here when visiting LV. The Seafood Chirashi is unbeatable for the price ($25) , quality of fish and amount you get. I also love the Sour Candy roll ($15), the ponzu sauce combined with lemon slices is exquisite. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50 Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

This is a hidden gem for excellent sushi! All rolls were very nicely made and the fish was super fresh. The vast variety of different rolls to order was amazing. There was something for everyone at our table. I loved how we ordered and it came on a truck that was on a train track. We loved concept this as we weren’t interrupted as much and were able to enjoy the food and catch up. I loved that they offered a desert sushi too. It was perfect to share between 3 people. The place was very clean snd had plexiglass between tables. Very nice place for any occasion. I can’t wait to get back to Vegas to go again!! Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30

You can order real wasabi root instead of the typical horseradish based "wasabi". Rose roll is nice for tuna freaks. In quite a few visits everything has been consistently great. Open very late and easy to walk to from several hotels including the Hard Rock (now Virgin hotel). Large parking lot outside.
