Very bad experience from the guy who took order by call today 04.11.2023 at 12:15pm. He gave wrong item. I ordered a shakshuka and he gave me shakshuka sandwich. Ok order could be misunderstood and given wrong but once the customer tell this is not what he ordered, then he should give you another remedy. But here he told me he can't give me anything else. Is this the standard of Karak Mqanes??? I'm very sorry to tell, Very poor customer service.. please do teach your staffs about some customer friendly behavior. Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 4

I tried two of their desserts, saffron cake and sweet aljassasiya with lotus. I loved both of them! Their prices are also very good, in total I paid 31 riyals which is much cheaper than the other cafes around. The service was quick, I would definitely recommend this place to others👍🏻 I ordered a second time using talabat. I tried al qirtath pasta small size for 29 riyals. It was delicious I would definitely order it again. The serving size was appropriate and there was plenty of chicken with the pasta, i think you can choose which meat you want.

Karak Maqanes is one of the countries brand for middle to high class snacking point. They have many outlets across the country. Tea and coffee are good along with some sandwiches options.

Just had karak. But it was very dilute and lacked punch. It's cleaner than most other tea points and the staff are good too
