Sadly, not even a star is deserved here. Well, I never got to the counter, so this could not be an accurate review. The 2 rude virgin active reception counter clerks said it all....No greeting, no explanation just screams at me as I walk through an opened access gate and tells me to use the Kauai at Lifestyle. Understandably, there is a process as I had purchased here a few months before... so what has changed. Maybe put up signage so outsiders will not support you!!! @virginactive, have you considered that a passing customer could probably sign up.

Shows closes at 20:30 Standing at the counter at 19:48... both staff busy at the back...saw me and continued to go about... eventually both comes out from the back room still not interested, I had to ask if their are closed. After a great pause and time stood still 'yes'...till still shows last purchase so they didn't cash up or close the till all the machines where still on ....oh well took my business to Woolies Engen.

Buy a monthly subscription for R399 for smoothies and I am told the app is faulty and I cannot get a smoothie. Furthermore i am told there is no turnaround time for when it will be fixed. As a paying customer this is completely unacceptable and I will push to be refunded in full
