We had the fry bakes (edited to correct my mistake) and saltfish for breakfast, it was our favorite breakfast and one of our favorite meals while in St Lucia!

Visited as part of the Food and Rum Island Tour. It was a true taste of St Lucia with the food and drink of the highest order. You’ll need to go with guide as you’ll never find it on your own !,
