We've been wanting to try this bbq restaurant for a while and we are so glad we finally did! The ribs are so tender and have great flavor; literally fall off the bone. Also ordered the brisket; I prefer the ribs, but would still recommend if you like brisket. The sides were all great; beans and potato salad hit the spot. We ate the ribs so fast, that I could only take a picture of the leftovers 😂 There is a small dedicated parking lot and it can get full during the day. They are in the same building as Little Caesars. Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

I can only speak to a delivery order experience but what I had was amazing. The pork ribs and brisket had a smokey aroma and were very tender. I appreciated that they gave lots of pickles and sides. Excellent family owned business! Very delicious BBQ and sides. Food is cooked to perfection. I love getting the rib tips dinner and chicken and brisket slider with baked beans, potatoes salad, and coleslaw. I have been coming for 3 years. Overall definitely worth a visit. The store was nice and clean and the staff was friendly. Before going, I did read one review that mentioned the seasoing being overly sweet. I would say that if they used half the amount of seasoning and mopped with some vinegar it would be spot on. The smoke flavor was perfect, the meat fell off the bone and the sauce was good. I would say their product is of high enough quality that it could use less seasoning which could be seen as a complement in a way. Delicious is all I can say. Dry rub was so good we didn’t even use the sauce. We only tried the Burnt Ends dinner and a chopped chicken slider this time. Potato salad and BBQ Beans were the sides that we chose for the dinner. Everything was delicious and I can’t wait to come back and try more off the menu. March 3 2021 Went back to get more goodness I got a pound of burnt ends, half of pound of chicken, beef rib dinner, bbq beans, potato salad and coleslaw. This place is the TRUTH!!!!

Poor understanding of allergies/dietary restrictions - I called ahead & then asked again when I ordered about gluten, but when we opened the takeout containers we found out they had put both of our meat orders on slices of bread. The sides seem safer for someone who is gluten free. My boyfriend said the burnt ends were also not burnt enough. I'm confused of all the positive reviews. The beans were doable, the potato salad was too wet/some potatoes were hard, the barbecue sauce was runny like water, the meat was tender but lacked flavor. This was my first and last time ordering but they did have a great BOGO sale and I see why now. Sorry but this is my honest review. These people have the best barbecue in the Pacific Northwest! The food is seasoned to perfection and they have great customer service. They came out to Georgia Pacific Tacoma and provided a delicious spread for these hardworking people.

As a Washington native who spent some time in KC, I have been searching for some great BBQ. I came across this joint sceptical. Normally places out here phone in sides, no not this place. They put just as much love into sides as they do their brisket. And oh what a brisket!! I will definitely be back for more and more, as well as tell all my friends to as well. Thank you! Keep it up!!
