I lived in Scott Hall for 3 years in the mid 1970's. Kelly's to this day has never disappointed. I remember when it was a Spur station. The fact that they have successfully maneuvered the business and political challenges for 45+ years is to be celebrated! A classic College bar, it brings you back to Flounder, Bluto, and Niedermayer.

A bit bias because I have only been here during the airshow, but this place is one of the places to be during Oshkosh, here and Acey Duecey youre likely to run into airshow pilots and some big names. Drinks and fun to be had by all.

Classic College Dive Bar! And I mean that in the nicest, most humble and nostalgic way! When you go to UW-Oshkosh, by your Junior year, you know absolutely everyone in this place. By the second half of your Senior year, it's starting to wane a little. Then, it's time to move on. But - come back 30 years later and one of the guys behind the bar knows what your talking about if you try to order a Magnet and a Beer, the KNOW you are a Kelly's alumni, just as much as a Titan almuni. Long live KELLY'S. It will outlast Cher, nuclear war and cockroaches!

Need to be better at checking fakes. Too many underages that they let in. They also need to start checking how many people they’re letting in. Way too many people and it’s annoying because they’re all underaged freshmen.

My wife and I visited twice, 2005 and 2014, at nights during Airventure. We did loved. Good collection of beers, very friendly.

Kelly's is a college bar it's right next to the college and it's filled with college students it is one of the best college bars in Oshkosh usually there are no fights or any drama.

Use cash! Got my credit card bill and multiple charges on my card from same night that I did not do! Scamming people.
