The gentleman who waited on me was very helpful in selecting a vegetarian burrito for lunch. My order came out very quickly and was well prepared . The customer service was fabulous! He even gave me a complementary drink and encouraged me to return to the location. It is highly unusual to get excellent service like this at a Taco Bell. I will be returning!!! Went for take out as drive thru not ment for large trucks. Waited for almost 10 minutes before I was even acknowledged in dining room. Cashier had issues finding what I wanted as "menu changed monday!" Watched multiple employees standing around on phones or talking. Had to verify order 3 times even being the only person in dining room. Why offer dine in if you can't properly serve customers? Food is well tacobell food same as every other store I've been too. Only advantage is they offer KFC as well. Only stop as last resort the stores further in town seem to be better managed and are open later. And I'm not sure what they are but they a supposedly tacos. And the 3 piece chicken tenders turned into a 2 piece but still paid full price for something I wouldn't feed my dog much less my family. Took a while for the 3 cars in front of me to place and get their order. Finally I ordered a taco party pack half soft half hard shell. All supreme, a blue slushie and a bean burrito. The cashier dropped the slushie on the counter after filling it put the lid on and tried to hand it to my husband. My husband handed it back and said "can you fill it?" Since about a third was missing. Then we were told to move forward and park out front. We waited 26 minutes to get our food. I checked to make sure we had everything but I should have opened a taco cause there was no tomatoes on any of them. Another customer also waited the same amount of time to get his correct order, cause he was given someone else's order. An employee pulled in and asked us what we were waiting for, we told him and 2 minutes later he walked out with both ours and the other customers order.

I came inside with my son and was helped by a man name Rico, the respect and kindness this man showed was a really good end to the night. This man deserves recognition for how he speaks to people.

Went through the drive through and the manager Rico said they are out of chicken and it would be at least a 30 minute wait. Not very polite about it either Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Drive through employees were nice. But the food was the worst experience I’ve had eating at a restaurant in a long time. Cold and tasted like it was sitting on the counter all day. (For context I live 3 mins away) Food: 1 Service: 4 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered a “T6” and was asked if I wanted the ‘T2’, I said no... I want a T6 WITH STEAK, NO TOMATO... Dr.Pepper to drink, and she rattled of some dollar amount. When I got to the window, I was told there was no Dr.Pepper, just Pepsi products... so I said Pepsi would be fine. She ran my card, and handed it back, NO RECEIPT, and then went to get my food. When she came back to the window, she handed me a bag, and said, “here ya go...” I requested my drink, and she then grabbed the closest one to her, handed me that one, and when I requested “Fire” sauce she proceeded to tell me it was in the bag... when I got home, I got a “T2 and a Pepsi...” I also didn’t receive a straw...!

I used to always come here and then took a break for a while after a summer vacation and when i went back my favorite young blonde worker who has the best work ethic i have seen in teenagers today was no longer working there this place is awesome though and always has great service. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Twice in the last couple days and they have said they are out of chicken and steak. It’s KFC? Our taco had a hard piece of chicken(see photo) , almost broke a tooth. We ordered two quesadillas one was missing. The other not cut (not that big of a deal) . I know it’s fast food but cmon. Would not recommend this place and we have tried to give it a chance a couple different times.
