The food looks like it's been heated. It's terrible and tastes disgusting. The nugget is hard and the fried chicken doesn't ask the customer if they want it spicy or not I don't understand why I have to clean up and throw it away after I gave the service tax The customer stood at the counter for a long time, and the staff hid inside and pressed the phone If you don’t have the skills, don’t open a shop. server has bad attitude. I asked what’s the difference between the Cheezy OR Box Meals and she replied, “apa you tengok dalam gambar tu la bezanye”. How rude! customer service can be improve, as customer should be appreciated example customer waiting for a bucket of 18 pc chicken for 20 minute you can give a refreshment a cup of soft drink. Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

Bad taste of original chicken. Feel like re-heat again. No coleslaw but they offer to replace with mash potato. Why coleslaw always out of stock in many branch of KFC. Global issue? Service Dine in Meal type Lunch Price per person RM 1–20

Fried chicken too small, cashier lack of smile. Food were not ready to order, once you order they were said "it cost 15min" but actual time spent to wait is 30min. The Jasin KFC done better, will still stick to Jasin KFC cos they shown professionalism in doing fast food.

i didnt get tissues, dinner bun was missing, no spoons provided for coeslows. I didnt like the way the staff called me to pickup my orders when it was ready.. no smile.. staffs arranged the dining chairs so harsh, made so much noice. so inconvenience. .
