They got my order wrong and gave me the tiniest pieces of chicken ever. I only noticed when I got home and was so annoyed. If I was not sick I would have driven back, I didn't even enjoy my meal.

Paid for 2 sprinkle pops, , got home after trying to get out of there after an exorbitantly long wait for my my order and a dodgy interaction with staff only to find they only gave me one. Never going back after tonight's interaction. And I'm not the type to just burn bridges like this

I ordered 10 dunked wings on Mr D for delivery, but there were only 8 wings and the wings were very very dry ,I even specified on the Mr d app that there must be enough sauce but no ,you guys decided to give me dry food , I am highly disappointed Service Delivery Food: 1 Service: 1

Once again we ordered online from the KFC Birchleigh South branch only to arrive and be turned away. There was no interest shown by the staff to find our order, we were just told that they did not have it and we must go to the KFC Birchleigh North branch. We went to KFC Birchleigh North and were immediately assisted by the staff who called customer services and tracked down the order to...yes...KFC Birchleigh South. The staff at KFC N insisted on filling our order to spare us from bouncing between the two branches. They were so helpful and professional, excellent customer service and I will most definitely support them in the future. Thank you ladies at KFC N.
