Wanted to try the Ghost Pepper Burger, but unfortunately was to late for the limited promotion. BUT was 100% not disappointed with the service. I then call the restaurant to ask if my order came through BUT the lady hung up on me twice before I could even ask about my order. Sat there for more than 40 minutes, finally got our food just to find out that they don’t have coke which we payed extra for, and then got other cool drinks which we specifically asked for with ice and of course they didn’t put that in either. It took so long because they mad our food but then gave it out to the people in the drive through. Our experience today was absolutely horrible and we are very disappointed. Ordered via their KFC online app. Twice in 1 week, their driver drove around for multiple clients including our delivery. When we eventually got our food after about 45 minutes the chips were ruined, and all the chicken was basically cold so I declined the order. I took screenshots of the drivers route, showing that he was delivering for multiple customers over quite a big distance. Complained on their online app, but not as much as an apology.
