Food: Probably the most consistent KFC in taste, size, and crispyness for all its food. Service: Quite fast and I never get my order wrong. But it is better if it has more seats during waiting. Hygiene of the place was awful, windows marked with stains and the garbage piled in the dustbins. Small insects flying around the place, and alot accumulated at the upstairs sauce area. Complained to the staff at the counter that it was geli, they continued looking at their phone and dismissed us saying "biasalahtu, takpe." Bad attitude. After a few minutes, an old waiter came to spray the sauce dispenser with sanitizer but still didn't deep clean. Terrible service. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

People at the back doing who knows what, kitchen staff playing around. its my third time here and with that i can confirm that the staff service are zero. i thought malaysian people are mostly polite and friendly but the staff here got no manners at all is like im asking food for free. baik bangla je kerja sini. taknak kerja takyah kerja. periodt! Strategic location, the area and designs are good, the food portion meets standard. But one thing which we as customers should not tolerate is that there a lot of small tiny black flies flying around the sauce dispenser, which may indicates their food hygiene control is bad.
