Always drama and attitude with the all-female staff. Funny enough, there's always a customer that wants to beat one of them up everytime I'm there. They don't even ask you what cool drink you want. They just decide for you🤦‍♂️. They don't even read the customer/order number correctly 😩and when nobody goes to fetch an order they get upset and rude. They have misread my order number all 3 occasions I went there. Like, for example, if I'm 'order number 508' they would call out: - " order number 580! " - " order number 580! " - " order number 580! Excuse me sir, didn't you order a Boxmaster? Then you are order number 580 " No, sister-girl; I am order number 508 🙄 They need to get more males in customer-facing roles. Lucky for them, I like KFC more than I like their staff Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Well; you wait for a long time; while there are many people waiting to be served. It's on and off; sometimes it takes longer; sometimes it's ok; basically the cashier is sometimes the one packing and calling out the orders... please fix that. But some of the stuff are very friendly. And where are the toilets for consumers????? 1. Toilets are not working ☹️ 2. The stuff is rude☹️ 3. They are always short of meals on the menu.☹️ 4.They always give better and bigger pieces to their friends and family or relatives. 5. They do not appreciate their regular customers.☹️ We use to eat breakfast there everyday of the week but we stopped because of their service and hospitality. My colleague and I love KFC so we decided to move to another branch at Bridge City for our breakfast even though it costs us more because KFC Inanda is close to our work place. KFC has become an integral part Inanda Mall after the renovations they have taken the business to the next level. I also like the way they have trained the staff to greet, smile and thank a customer after every transaction. In this way they make every moment memorable for us as customers.

The burgers I ordered were so hard, the fillets were not fresh at all with a very small slice of tomato and very small piece of lettuce. The pieces of chicken were tasteless, I did not finish a piece. I did not enjoy my meal at all. The worst part is a bad smell inside the restaurant, I had to wait outside for my order
