The restaurant is located in a small mall strip, with a gas station, and enough parking space. It is very clean, cozy, and features several ordering kiosks, with English language as an option. KFC is called QSR which means quick service restaurant but this is outlet is SSR slow service restaurant. Every time I visit here first 4 delivery guys waiting at counter , no cashier ,no manager available on counter you have to scream excuse me , can anyone there. No hospitality no smile on face of people who work here . KFC brand value hospitality. Area coaches and trainers and restaurant manager must look after services ..

Worst food I’ve had in my life. The chicken tasted awful and the rice only had 2 peas and 1 corn kernel. Definitely not worth the 11zlt.
