I have eaten worst kfc in my life here. I have taken a $37.50 meal (10 piece chicken,fries). They gave it to me in 2 minutes but it was cold,not fried well and not fresh as well. I dont recommend it at all Service Take out Meal type Other Price per person $30–40 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 5

Saturday 24 february we had lunch here for a change. Lady on the counter duty was honest,friendly,and happy. Restaurant was impecably clean. The order came and was fresh and cooked to perfection. Love KFC hate how badly it's run. The service is terrible. They often get orders wrong and in general slap dash and useless. The place needs a decent manager instead of a bunch of kids that have no idea what they are doing. And forget delivery, I put in an order online and half an hour later got an email cancelling it, no reason given. Service took ages. LOL. Ran out of hot food, took long time to replenish its kitchen = sucky operation. Seems like it has been an issue for a long time based on reviews but no actions taken to improve (truly, no effort from the franchiser of this outlet) will NEVER go back again. Horrible experience as per every other review! Took about 5 minutes to place order via drive thru as the intercom system wasn't working. Waited 15 minutes for chicken to be cooked, meanwhile the rest of the food sat on the counter. Burger and chips were cold and they forgot part of the order. Normally service is good took 35 minutes to get my order today after ordering it, things need to run more smoothy more trained staff with urgency and being accurate shouldn't take 35 minutes to get your order then they give you someone else's order that came after you ordered, theirs only 5 people in the store, bacon was uncooked, chips were cold and half full, overall experience was pretty bad, they need alot of improvement to cut down errors and service time, some training with being more accurate and speed. KFC Motueka, the chicken store that on a weekday with little traffic ran out of chicken at 7pm??? Sorry sir that'll be a 15min wait. Do you still want to order? Well, given I'm stuck with vehicles front and back in the drive through I don't really have much choice do I? Hang on, I'll just park here and run next door to the Maccas instead shall I? Come to KFC Motueka for all your SLOW food orders 😂

I got really bad food poisoning from this place back in January, to the point where I physically passed out on the floor and experienced a rough time in the bathroom that night. I almost made the call to go to hospital! Clearly their hygiene practices are poor and no way near good standards as there must've been cross contamination somewhere along the line. Bought a 6 piece value meal asked for no wings no ribs as new false teeth really sore mouth can't manage the hard bits never had a problem before pakeha women tells me set pieces I said if wings n ribs don't want it she said she would see what she could do and promptly filled it up with wings n ribs I guess it must be because I'm a maori or just grumpy cow I have been eating there 2x a week $70 a week .... apart from the general slow service it been OK now I will never go back I normally take 2_3 woofers a week with me makes my not going back significant Price per person $30–40 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The worst KFC I have ever encountered. Waited 15 min while others got their meal. When I went and asked were my meal was, I was told what I ordered and paid for (with her) they dd not make and the managerwould come and see me..... really how can I order and pay for something you don't make. 20 min later I walk out with a refund and luckly Maccas is across the rd. Unreal. Very disappointing,and we're not the only upset customers while I was in their. Won't be back again 😡 Service: 1
