For a new KFC opening this has been my worst experience ever. More than once.... There is massive miss communication within the staff and for some or other reason you cannot order through the drive through. You have to go in. The staff is disrespectful and don't care about customer service. They never should've build this KFC... waste of space. Manager please make sure all you stuff is in working order before opening and teach your staff some manners...... I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THIS KFC AGAIN!!!!!!!!!! Update: 27 Feb. Order number: 593 Again! Every time I go to the drive through, I get sent to the parking after placing my order? Is it a KFC Roadhouse? If I refuse to go to the parking area the staff gets rude with me. Then to top it all off, they don't even get the order right??? Management, what are you doing to improve it?? What point of “drive thru” don’t they understand?? I’ve been waiting for 30 minutes and still did not get the right food, this is the second time that this has happend at this useless location!!! I visited this KFC at 8am. to be greeted by very warm and welcoming staff with smiles on their face. I visit Retails business every day as i conduct business with them and this is the first time that the staff where friendly and welcoming.
