Not a great experience Being able to use the self service to order was nice but it failed to print the slip for me and the guy next to me at the counter so we didn't have a receipt. The soft serve had a weird flavour. The chicken was quite tough and tasteless and you can't help but feel a little bit short changed on the portion size of the coleslaw. The hot wings were done well and the chips were unseasoned and unsalted. Would honestly give service and atmosphere zero stars if i could. I ordered first and got my food over 30 min later after 5 people who ordered after me. (This was for a quick lunch break before we had to be back at the hospital where we work). The staff were rude, one looked at my slip and turned her back on me and walked away (after the screen indicated my order was ready) and the other then got my order incorrect and yelled at me when i simply asked to correct a coke to a coke zero which was indicated on my slip (i am diabetic and cannot have sugar). I order 3x Fully loaded boxes on Tuesday 26 September. We were absolutely disgusted. Food was dry and cold. The smash powder was not even mixed enough in the mash. The chicken pieces was so oily and cold we did not eat it. Never again will we support. Will rather drive into town. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Me and a friend was at KFC Northridge Bloemfontein on 6 May 2023. We ordered 3 x snack burgers and 1 x wapsta box. We watched the board showing all the orders and saw for long time that the order was being prepared, showing by coming next. Eventually our order number just vanished from the board completely, but we decided to wait a bit, thinking maybe their getting ready to move it to collect, but it didn't go onto collect at all... After a little while I went to go ask for the order, then only was out order packed and gave to me, while the order items was lying on the rack, so they didn't even call it... When we got home eventually, we saw that we only received 2 of the snack burgers and not 3 like we orderes. We decided that the petrol was too much to drive back and then maybe still not receive the 3rd snack burger. And the food was cold as well... The lady packing and giving the food was also really rude. Very bad service... Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Cold burgers, very slow and unfriendly sevice, No difference between eat in and takeaway so might as well leave that option out. When I asked if they can heat the burger up I got a death glare. Never again. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person R 50–100 Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2
