Most people find that you can have perfectly cooked mashed potatoes, chicken sandwiches and chicken steaks here. Guests don't highly appreciate biscuits at this restaurant. Kfc is well known for its great service and friendly staff, that is always ready to help you. You will pay attractive prices for dishes. Enjoy the spectacular atmosphere here. But this place hasn't gained a high rating from Google users.

The Southside sucks they're like $5 more expensive then the original price or what you see on commercials.$25.99 for the taste of KFC meal go to the Northside 21 something cuz it's advertised as $20 even. the Southside stealing your money don't go over there Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

Even after it was remodeled it still is dirty and ghetto. You go in to order and stand there for about 3 minutes while employees walk right past you not saying a word. FINALLY the older lady comes to take the order. Also the older lady taking the orders is very unprofessional. A elder woman went up to the counter and said her biscuit was raw, the older lady who takes orders turns around and says “they’re complaining the biscuits are raw” right in front of elder woman which was very unprofessional. This establishment needs a total shut down and whole new crew!! Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

05.07.23 Well, just when you think that maybe you'll get a decent meal, don't count on it. Chicken was old and tasted awful. How can you screw it up, but you can. The sides at least were hot. Two meals and spent almost $30 is ridiculous for having to toss the chicken. Why bother calling? These KFCs don't care or do anything about it 03.28.23 Prairie Location. Can't believe how expensive KFC's are. Two individual meals at almost $30. Anyhow, they have improved some. Food was fresher, but chicken was NOT hot. Friendly at the window, but chicken was so so. This Prairie KFC is much better than the North Elizabeth location, which I'm surprised to say because NS used to be good, but NOT anymore! There is also a BIG price difference between them both. NS about $2 to $3 higher, bc their independently owned, and the SS gives you an extra sauce, where the NS doesn't. I would say if the SS can remain having good customer service, and the food can improve more, I would definitely say they will get more business We will NO longer EVER patronage the NS again. Disgusting over there!!! 2022 The food was so so. Nice girl at the window, but food wasn't very hot. I will continue to go to the Northside instead. Great customer service very fast there was a line in drive-thru when I got there, I honestly thought about not going, because with a line like that they would probably take forever to get thru the line order my food and then wait to get to the window pay for my order and then wait for them to make my order and give it to me. But I was really surprised and very impressed with how fast they were getting thru the line😃😀. So I changed and pulled up to the drive-thru and waited. I started and timed how long it would take to get from where I was in line up to the speaker to place my order and then how long it would take for me to get to the window to pay for my order and then how long it would take to get my food. In all honesty it really only took a total of 13-14 mins. I am truly honestly very impressed and very surprised!! GOOD JOB GUYS KEEP UP THE GOOD HARD WORK!! I WILL MOST DEFENETLY GO BACK TO KFC AGAIN!!! 😊
