Food is usually pretty good. I come here about once a week. I didn’t get my KFC sauce with my tenders, and the food wasn’t good like it normally is. A little disappointing but I’m not going to sweat it. Staff is friendly, quick and efficient for a few of them. I always see one of two people doing all the work and I always see one snacking on something. Feel bad for the other employee(s). The chicken was not fresh, and it tasted like it was fried in old grease. The Hispanic guy, that work the drive thru window was not friendly and he never is. I will not be returning. This was a waste of money. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

SMH 🙄 to be honest I'm not sure what is going on with our KFC's around. I went to one in a whole different area and it wasn't any better. When I walked in no one was around ...I finally said Hello 👋🏾...I then heard a voice coming from the ofc saying hold on 🤨. Mgr took order w complaints about doing paperwork 🤔...later recvd order $20 Fam ok. However, when I tried to get a bag bc lid kept Opening 😞...no one could understand me...so the Mgr again gave me one but when asked for a larger bag he advised not able to bc they where for p/u Carry out👀 SMH! The guy that takes orders there is super snarky and rude to customers, if you know what I’m asking then make it happen don’t be a dxck like chill out old man. You never have people there and it’s because of you dude. And yelling out the drive through window was a class act, loser.
