Order a chocolate cake. Tasted the chocolate cake. Tasted bad. Cake didn't look normal either all of the frosting was meted and it was really wet. Cake doesnt have any exp date or use by date on it. Took chocolate cake back to store. The manager at the store argued with me that the cake was fine. Manager was really rude at 8.00 at night. They gave me another cake this one also tasted off. Worst customer service, and food I have had in a very very long time. They should be ashamed of the way they operate. It is absolutely the worst. We went in, no one inside. One car in drive-thru. The person we we assume was there to take our order, said he was to busy to help us. Told us use kiosk. We never had. Figured out on our own. Food was horrible. He was very rude. Could care less. Spent 30 dollars on food worth one dollar. Not sure what problem is. Bad pay or lack of care on business end. But truly sucks. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Purchased a #6 5 peice tenders. The tenders do not look like the menu at all. I came because I wanted crispy tenders. The tenders were rubbery, tough and not crispy at all. Talked to someone at the front counter and looked at me and said, "What do you want me to do?" She offered me nothing. Do they not teach customer satisfaction any more. This has to be the worst KFC I have ever visited. Mike refused to take an order over the phone unless it was over $100. Don't even consider ordering online because he claims that the order was cancelled, so he could not fulfill it. A receipt was produced, but he still refused to fill out the order. What's worse was the sarcasm and total lack of respect for the people who choose to eat there. His entitled attitude that we, the customer, are there to provide him with a job and not provide service is mind-blowing. He refused to look into it or help. I suspect there are some double dealings going on in this store as an email asking how the food was confirmed my suspicions. One star is way too much for this experience or this store. Drove 13 miles just to be told they were slow, didn't cook any Chicken, and refused to cook chicken for us. He said he could only do tenders because they were faster. Drove home empty handed with nothing to feed our family. Loyal customers that won't be going back on the "off hand" they might have chicken. This was 2 hours before closing and the employee acted like they were cleaning up to go home. It's frickin KFC and they don't have chicken...I already hate 2024. Good brands are dying. Service: 1

I ordered the hot and spicy wings. They had been sitting in the warmer for so long that they were literally black when I got them. They were rubbery disgusting and I'm not exaggerating the bones were blackened inside. These things had been sitting all day there's no doubt in my mind. Kfc is pretty tasty. This time I went in I was ignored by all the staff prepping. They'd keep looking but no one said anything for a good 10 minutes. I had prepaid already otherwise I would have left. There was a guy taking orders in the drive thru (date was 02/18 at 6:39pm) that was extremely rude when asking a question about a menu item. Not the first time I've had a bad experience here but this is the last drop. Just go to Chick Fila a Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Went tonight and we were greeted with the store manager telling us we had 20 minutes to eat or we could take it with us. Turns out our order had to be actually cooked and now there is 5 minutes left. There were 4 high school students in Front of us. One got his drink and accidentally spilled it on the floor. They proceeded to clean up the mess. The one high school student told the manager that he had spilled.. The manager rolled his eyes and said he would take care of it. The manager obviously doesn't want to work there.
