Had a box meal. Chicken was 3.5, not best by KFC standards mashed potatoes were not good for some reason, 1.5. biscuit was great but no butter made it not as good. They missed a piece of chicken so I had to go back and get. Unsweetened iced tea was actually fantastic. Service seemed fine otherwise, store inside looked good. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 5

DISGUSTING! I ordered a 12 piece family meal through the drive through. For starters, the young lady on the headset was extremely rude. After ordering, I was told to pull to the front of the store to wait 5 minutes for my meal to be brought out. After 25 mins they finally brought out the WRONG meal. I then had to wait another 15 minutes for my correct meal to be brought out. After getting home, I realized that my chicken was undercooked as well as the biscuits. There was raw dough oozing out of the biscuits. I then brought the entire meal back to the location. I spoke to a manager about the issue. The manager then proceeded to reach her hands into my meal I had brought back. She pulled out a piece of chicken and ate it with her bare hands stating “It taste good”. This place is extremely disgusting. Horrible customer service and undercooked food. Will not be coming back. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $30–50

I got a burger from the AW side. It's always fresh and hot, and the fries from KFC are hot and crispy. When you have to pull over and wait. They are making your order fresh. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $10–20

I use to hate KFC. But this one in Brentwood puts all the KFCs in Stockton to shame. The chicken is fresh and hot and juicy. I love the chicken sandwich. Only thing I get with Mac . Mac and cheese is like creamy and amazing. Omg the chicken sandwich here put all of its competitors beat. I give it a 10/10. Best KFC in California. Service Take out Meal type Dinner

Just ordered a pot pie and to my surprise there was only one carrot slice in the whole pie!!!! Maybe a few peas& potatoes & very little chicken! Very disappointed!!!! Will certainly think twice before I order it again!! What a shame!

Walked in from the entrance closest to the drive through and made it almost to the counter. There was no one at the counter. At this time, a guy comes in from the entrance that’s closest to the counter, female employee sees him first (didn’t see me standing there from behind the wall) and helps him first. His order was much bigger, so I had to wait all that time. A simple question like “who was here first?” would have made it fairer Service: 1

No one else in line. Clerks just talking. Placed order, read back to me and then re-read it at the window. Got home and one whole dinner was messed up. Tried to call 3 times and no answer. Tried the customer service number, no answer there either. Paid $12.00 for chicken tenders. Outrageous prices and horrible customer service. No napkins, no utensils and no receipt again. We never get one, therefore I can't fill out the survey to complain and receive a free item. We only come here once every 2 months, but I believe it will be our last. I give one of the employees here a one star because every time I order at the drive through I get my drinks literally drenched in soda and wet and over flowing and was told to wait up front this same girl gave my order to someone else in which they checked and tore everything open contaminating my food in this day of age with germs I didn’t like it I asked her that my order was contaminated and she lied to my face and said no it wasn’t so I go inside and requested my food to be remade not repackaged. I am giving a five star for the young manager that handled my frustration and the inconvenience of it all professionally she was very understanding and handled it correctly. Jacklyn was the manager and she does a great job but that one girl that works there has no customer service I’m not trying to be mean because most of the worker’s there are great workers they are very nice.
