I was very excited to visit KFC after not having it for over 2 years, sad to say, it was a disappointing visit.
The place wasn't busy which worked for me but the atmosphere is dull. Furniture is cheap and not pleasant to the eye. It feels like you're on a playground and a clown is going to show up any minute.
We ordered a table service. On a table number which we took was a QR code to give them feedback which I wanted to do but I needed the restaurant number which was missing on the receipt. When I asked the server, she just said to ask the cashier. She brought only half of our food and started to walk away so I had to ask if she's bringing the other half to which she said yes. This should not even happen. The waitress should be automatically saying she's coming back with the rest of our order. Also she should not say to ask the cashier, but should find the information for us.
The service is very bad indeed. I would give it a 0 if I could.
The food was ok, warm. However, the chips were like a cardboard paper after 5 minutes of serving as they cooled down.
It will most likely be another 2 years until I go again and forget about this experience.
Also, there are no wet wipes supplied!!! I've been to KFC in other 3 countries and always gotten a wet wipe so I can clean my hands after eating chicken with my bare hands. FIX IT!!!
EDIT: rating still remains. The new Chilli burger meal is laughable but what do you expect for 59kr! Plus your coke will be warm ...

Folk Please check your orders as soon as you receive your foods.I have ordered a few items to go and they gave me a burger without anything in only got burger bread and they missed to give me chicken wings !!! I have noticed when I was home super hungry ready to watch Netflix with friends and yeah ruined my Saturday night.Unfortunately I throw my receipts so I could not prove it. Please be careful when you order It was such bad feeling

One year ago i rated this place 5 stars. It was clean and very good for food but now i just visited it last week and I think it will be the last visit. The food seems to be old and they just used microwave.the place is very dirty and tables also dirty and disgusting.
I don’t know why every fast food restaurant in this country started good then going down. I’m not recommending it

Probably, one of the best KFCs in Sweden. Service is usually good and fast, avoid rush hours if possible. The food quality is as usual - avoid original menu, it usually comes quite soggy. The location is perfect and they also offer table service.

Food was ok, first time at KFC so no real comparison.
But the state of the place was *very* bad. We arrived at approximately 10pm. There was 1 other company present in the whole restaurant when we arrived. At least 4 people working in the kitchen. Several tables strewn with fries, used napkins, ketchup spills. The floor a mess. No soap by the sinks, no hand drying paper, no napkins. Asked for refills but nothing happend during the time we were still in the restaurant, approx 40 minutes. The waste bin was standing "in the open" by the trash-station with flies swarming when putting something in. The "hatch" where I imagine you throw the trash usually, was covered by a tray, I checked inside and there was no garbage bag underneath so I guess that's why they put the trash-bin out in the restaurant instead.
It said on a sign by the waste station that they are using re-usable cups for beverages, and someone had put a paper cup upside down in the plastic stand for dirty glasses. I really hope they are not re-using the *papercups* and servering to customers but one of our cups were a bit dented so after seing that signt, it wouldn't surprise me.
There were no "table tents" by the self-service machines so we just inserted a "1" and told them what they would probably be able to keep track of us since we were now the only guests present. They were stacked on some other tables in an area of the restaurant that they had sealed off (from one side) with a couple of chairs and a mop. It wasn't cleaned either so it probably wasn't because it was late at night and they had prepared for closing (2 hours later)
For some reason, there is a sign saying "Cash only" at the register, meaning that if you have problems with ordering at the self-service station, but still want to pay with card, the staff has to come and help you by the screens, instead of you just placing your order with them and paying with credit card like at most establishments in this day and age.
As said, the food was ok, although fries a bit small, we thought we had gotten the wrong thing since M-size were McDonalds S-size, i.e. a small paperbag rather then the cardboard "cup".
They really, really have to shape up the state of the restaurant if we are to consider a new visit.

Hot Twister Wrap Meal
This place was quite untidy; the floor had become rather slippery due to the dirt. Despite only one family being present, no one seemed to be attending to the mess. Tables were strewn with leftover fries and soiled napkins. It was unusual to encounter such a level of disarray in a KFC. We eventually decided to exit the establishment.

Food well below average but what’s really shocking is how badly this place is maintained. Filthy tables, floor full of fries and so on, disgusting experience. Hei Swedish people don’t you have a health department to call or this is normal?
