Never have issues here. They are nice and fast. I love the popcorn chicken, mashed potatoes are always yummy. The Georgia Gold tenders are so good. Not too spicy but good spicy. Bucket of chicken always has a good portion of chicken. The corn is yummy. The chocolate is awesome and they have mini ones now. This location is great.

Ordered a wrap meal, chicken sandwich, and recieved a free famous bowl…only after paying Ubers ridiculous prices of course. I opened the packaging as soon as it arrived and my side of mac n cheese from the meal was missing. Famous bowl was 90% mashed potato 10% chicken, and the chicken sandwich was drenched in Mayo. Tried contacting Uber support but you know how unreliable their support is. Never order from here. Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 2

I paid 62.00 for food and half of my order was missing. The chicken tasted like it was sitting in grease for a while. I don't recommend going here. I reminded them 3 times what I wanted and still didn't get it. Service Take out Meal type Dinner Price per person $50–100 Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 2

Awesome, New Management/Associates, I was craving for something tasty before going back home,, stopped by, Ordered the Nashville hot tenders, Combo #11 cooked to perfection, tossed with special Nashville sauce (blend of fine powder spices and chillies and a dash of oil) sliced dill pickles, pared with a sweet lightning mountain dew, slightly butter flavor biscuit and french fries,, I have to mention that after long time before (and after Covid-19 restrictions) this place is like new beginning,, they keep everything clean and neat,.

The chicken is okay they really give you small pieces now the big breast of chicken is is gone little pieces only and the people that work there are not friendly I won't be going to that KFC no more. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The service, although quick, was absolutely terrible. Went through the drive through to get some chicken little sandwiches (bc they're easy to eat while driving). Got one of each flavor. The first one (honey mustard) was clearly made using the wrong some chicken (see photo) and was put together terribly. Very sloppy and messy. The second (Nashville hot) had NO hot sauce. The third (smokey BBQ) was the WORST put together sandwich I've ever seen. Plain NEGLECTFUL. I couldn't even GET TO the sandwich without being covered in sauce (see other photo). If you want sloppy, no-effort, but fast food, eat here.

I want to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT to the entire KFC team in Des Plaines, for supporting us in donating some delicious chicken and sides for one of our Make-A-Wish celebrations! We celebrated our wish child last week who had asked for a puppy and in the midst of getting everything ready for the grand reveal, I stopped by the store and they kindly donated food towards our cause. I haven't had any KFC in years. I only swung by for lunch because of their $5 fill ups, of which I selected the Nashville hot tenders (upcharge) option. They were super crispy, yet juicy. However, I went there with low expectations and even still, the flavor just did not cut it. The tenders tasted like extremely oiled up chicken ('cause they were) with some cayenne and paprika sprinkled and smeared on the breading. I just visited Nashville, and I'm sure Nasvillians would concur that these should be banned everywhere, especially in their state. Asking for a sauce for dipping might have barely helped. The biscuit and mashed potatoes with gravy were decent, and the chocolate chip cookie was edible after I heated it up myself in a toaster oven. I can see why there was no wait in the drive through. On the plus side, service was pretty quick, but I wish the dear lady would have smiled.

The chicken sandwich they brag about is big, tasty & filling. Plus it's reasonably priced. But their customer service is disappointing. You don't get a greeting, or aknowledgement. This used to be one of my favorite KFC store, but their service is going downhill. Time to forget this store. Service Take out Meal type Lunch Price per person $10–20

This location needs to learn how to treat their customers, I came here twice the first time I ordered and I told them what sauce I wanted and the guy speaking to me told me to just remind him when I get to the window because he'll forget (if you don't remember someone's order maybe this isn't the job for you) the second time was today and I ordered a meal, came back because I didn't have a drink and the same guy responded in a smart mouth saying "well if you look on the screen you would see it doesn't come with a drink" I immediately got a refund just because his tone of voice. I get it it was my fault for not reading it but the response is what made me not want to keep my food. I don't think someone who doesn't have manners or knows costumer service should work with people! Maybe work in a factory
