I HORRIBLE JUST DONT GO !!!!! ‼️‼️‼️‼️MAKE THE DRIVE TO EL DORADO THEY HAVE BETTER FOOD N BETTER SERVICE ‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️ went through the drive-through at 8:30 since I saw the reviews they closed down early they close at 10. There’s no reason why they shouldn’t have mashed potatoes or any chicken in the store while they still have two hours closing. It has not happened once but twice already, and of that I paid with cash and the white lady with blonde hair and glasses took my money move. The girl on the side literally pushed her on the side said move you’re in the way you’re disturbing me go do something she was cashing me out I’m guessing the manager, she was like here’s your change. Oh, you don’t need the cents and then put them in her pocket. She didn’t get my receipt until I forced her to give him my receipt. I asked for the number of the corporate and she wouldn’t give it to me if this KFC Location read my review. I need you to contact me immediately. I want my money back I don’t care if they’re just cents that’s my money. I can’t believe this is unbelievable. This is the only KFC that has issues like this. Haven’t had KFC in a while so I order on the app and picked up the food. Got home and started eating and realized that the chicken was dry as if it was old chicken they had sitting around all day or if they refried the chicken from this morning. Kind of disappointing to have my first KFC experience in so long, be ruined like this. Edit - Just finished eating and went to get the chocolate chip cake I ordered and look at all the mold that’s on it. Today is March 5th. Service Take out Meal type Dinner

Ordered 2 buckets of tenders, and everyone knows that tenders are way more than regular chicken. I get home and one bucket is tenders then we check the other and it's original recipe chicken, I waited for them to cook them and I asked for sauces and this is what we got without any sauce... this is why we quit going to KFC, but I thought I would give it another try and guess what..... of course we ate it anyways. Just want to say make sure and check your buckets before you leave.......

Too expensive to get 3 Drum sticks. Their menu forces thighs too much and they are not cooked very well. Skin is loose and not crispy. Fries have something on them like corn meal and not very good. 8-17-23 at about 9pm. Service was absolutely horrible. When I go to a restaurant I don’t appreciate being yelled at and talked to crazy. Whoever the woman is that’s working tonight at the drive thru definitely needs to go through some sort of customer service training. You should not argue with customers when they are telling you 1 of the 2 drinks are missing and you’re holding the receipt in your hand. Bad bad bad service OMG. I bought 2 of the chicken nuggets, corn, mashed potatoes, and gravy bowls. The bowl was way too big for the small amount of food they put in the bowl. Potatoes should have been filling most of the bowl, but it wasn't. The 3 small tiny chicken nuggets, not sure what that was about. Definitely needed more gravy. I've had these at other locations, and they were delicious and filled to fit the size of the bowl, not halfway. Was really disappointed when I got home and opened the bag.
