Love KFC and am really glad this one is close to home. Very disappointed in the lack of cleanliness especially when there are many employees present and just standing around. Management better step up there game or folks will definitely quit coming. Windows gross, food on floor, trash everywhere. Sad. Food: 4 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

I ordered 8 piece family mix. She said they were out of biscuit she offered me a extra piece of chicken instead. I said ok make it a breast . My girlfriend only will eat the breast. When I got home NO breast none. Also there was 3 biscuits, chicken tasted like it was reheated or old. I gave the 4 stars in atmosphere. Because I was in my truck. The Atmosphere was just fine there. This was my 1st time to this location. I orderd the 3 piece big box. I paid over 14 dollars for this meal. My order was for take out. When I got to my Apt. I opened the box to find only 2 pieces of very small chicken. I was suposed to get mashed potatoes and gravy and Cole slaw. Only got the potatoes and gravy. The biscuit that came with the dinner was not cooked thoroughly through. Not to mention most of the meal was cold as well. Extremely disappointed with the outcome of this visit and the very poor quality of the meal. I will not re-visit this location again. Food poisoning from eating food from here Nov 1, 2023. I called poison control not sure what’s being done too fix the issue… will never order food from them again. It was the last chance my husband all most threw up from the odor emitted from their kitchen the previous time we ordered food from them. They definitely need to clean up their kitchen and their act! Came up here to get a quick dinner for my family of 6. I ordered some chicken wraps on the side they did not put it in the bag. I called being very respectful, they told me to come back & I did. I was disrespected by 2 staff members saying I was lying. Need I remind you I spent 80 dollars. I asked for a refund for the chicken wraps I was ignored I asked for hr number I asked for a manager & asked for the red haired lady’s name and I was ignored. Honestly, today, I had the worst experience at this KFC location. Came in to order number 14 and number 6 with large fries. The kid working at the front counter can't even make it large. He says it's too expensive separately. We've never had a response like that before from any KFC worker. He also had a hard time looking at the tablet that he had to squeal right next to it. No one in the back seemed bother when they walked past him to see if he needed help. We decided to just go with what he said and not get large fries with our combos. Once our order was ready, we checked, and the number 6 was fine. But number 14 had pickles on the wrong side, and sauces poured all over one side only. The bag holding the sandwich was unbearable to hold. I don't know what's going on but I just can't believe it happened at my favorite KFC. This occurred at 6:00PM on Oct. 11th 2023. Do not go to this KFC. The service is terrible and you don't get what you ordered. I called and talked with supposedly the general manager and the only option was come back and get my mac & cheese and ranch dressing or a different day. I'm not close and why would I come back a different day. I should save it for a different day. Really? I spent $25 and didn't get what I ordered and had to throw away what I didn't order. I went through the drive thru this evening with my boyfriend, and we had the pleasure of working with Eddie. He had such a great demeanor, listened well to our requests of our order, and all of the quality of food was so fresh. Normally when people order closer to closing time, employees typically don’t take the time to be as kind as Eddie was. I’m so impressed. Thank you KFC team in Brooklyn Park!
