Review after 2023 remodel: Decided to dine in to help toddler with his meal. They don't have any seating inside besides stools at a counter, facing into the afternoon sun. Decent service but after dining in and asking for drink refills for the road we were told they aren't allowed to do that but they refilled them for us this time. They locked the door before we left because they were so short staffed they didn't want anyone else to come inside the building. The pot pie I purchased was only half done and the chicken sandwich was luke warm that’s the reason why I stopped buying the chicken because I couldn’t get fresh chicken and they moved the old manager from the airport store in Holland Ohio to Maumee so they can ruin the reputation of the newly built kfc! The business has fallen off already since that manager moved to that store! Never, ever, go there after 7pm. They close at 10pm and must quit cooking a few hours early. Twice now I have been served dried out chicken that must have been held for hours in a warmer. Once they were out of biscuits another time they were not even warm. The woman who works the window in the evening says she is the manager and has zero customer service skills. Went through the drive thru. I was so excited because the wraps are back. I wanted just the pickles and some of the spicy mayo instead of the regular mayo on it and I was told they cannot substitute anything because it is a promotional item. I think that is crazy. I mean it is just sauce. KFC has to do better!! I wasn't asking for extra free chicken on it or anything. Just to put the spicy mayo instead of the regular mayo. Way to lose customers!! At first, when KFC reopened everything was on point fresh chicken, your order was complete no problems. But in the last two months, every time I visit KFC in Maumee, Ohio, my order is never correct. This is my Standard order extra crispy all white. By the time I get home and look at my box I have original recipe dark meat not once not twice but now about five times. I live quite a distance from KFC so I can’t always turn around and go back I called the manager tonight and she said she would exchange it. Excuse me what’s the point of exchanging it I can throw it out just like she can’t. Anyway, my question to her was does your staff know the difference between extra crispy and original recipe white meat or dark meat. The manager said yes they do. Then I said, then there’s a problem and someone needs to be talked to. I will not be going back to KFC. Not only was it the wrong order But the chicken have been sitting for a while, and it was old. I wish I had taken pictures of it but I didn’t think about that at the time. Shaking my head it’s a sad situation that five out of four visits the order has always been wrong. While picking up food, I watched the girl making my order drop a sauce packet on the nasty floor and then continue to put it in the box right on top of the chicken. The crazy part is that she watched me see her drop it and still put it with the food and when I said something she just laughed and tried to still give me the food. I guess these nasty people just assume that everyone is like them and has no problem living like animals. Service: 1

This KFC is horrible, I got cold fries, talked to mgr about it and dude said he can replace w different side but I didn't want a different side, I wanted fries, he said he couldn't do it?? Wth?? I got my money back and after he said a few choice words under his breath I left very disappointed, DONT GO HERE THE MGR IS VERY RUDE and employees aren't much friendlier Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Bought a chicken sandwich combo through the app, asked in-person if I could have mayonnaise packets or some in a to-go cup, they told me they didn't have any packets and don't give out any in a cup. She then tells me there are two-pumps of mayonnaise, one on each bun so that should be enough. When did restaurants start telling people when their request is not valid because whatever you're asking for should be enough. Well when I got home, took a bite, noticed it was dry, looked under both buns, there was only a small droplet of mayonnaise on each bun, it wasn't enough. I also, bought a chicken bowl to take to lunch the next day. When I removed the lid to warm it in the microwave there was only 3-viable nuggets in my bowl. The service was not friendly. I felt rushed even though there was no customer behind me or in the store. You should have stayed closed if that's what your giving paying customers.
