I haven't been to KFC in many years. I happened to be driving past this location and decided to give it a try. I went through the drive-through and ordered a combo meal. I made the mistake of not opening the bag to make sure I received what I ordered. When I got home, I saw that there was nothing in the bag but a container of plain mashed potatoes. No chicken, no biscuit, no gravy. I called and the person told me I needed to drive back to Biloxi to get a refund, so I tried calling the customer service number on the receipt, and that person said all he could do was send me some coupons. (I received nothing, by the way.) I happen to be back in Biloxi about a week later and I thought I would stop, again, to get the food I paid for or a refund. The extremely rude people working there refused to give me the food or a refund since I had called corporate, and apparently got them in trouble. After the second attempt the manager went out of her way to make it right. This was an our third time eating there and every time we had an issue with the chicken being soggy around the edges. However, thank goodness for a competent manager who was very helpful and happy to assist with us last Friday night. If you order there you might wanna go inside and check your order before leaving. Was told that it would take 30 minutes for chicken . Order came out before 30 minutes. And was given undercooked chicken. Went back up there and manager was rude. And refused to give us our money back and wouldn’t even look at the food. Told us that it wasn’t but didn’t even look at it . Was told that her name is Angela. I was excited to try the 4.99 hot and spicy wings. Get to the drive thru get my wings, and they are not done inside. I go back to get a refund and Toya the manager working today question be about what part of the wing did I think wasn't done🤦🏾‍♀️ Offended I proceeded to explain I didn't want to get sick because clearly the wings were not done. Toya ask for my receipt which I never got, I paid with my debit card so it can clearly be traced. I was told I couldn't get a refund until she called her boss. Around 11:30 lunch time, went to pick up kfc for my work and the lady takin orders thru the drive thru was absolutely the worst. Not only dod she forget to give me any of the sauce i asked for, she also left out a mac n cheese, was supposed to have 2 only received one. It felt like she was in a rush.
