I really love KFC put I am truly disappointed. I went through The Drive through today. I asked for the the 8 pc chicken dinner. I asked for coleslaw and Corn. I was not happy when I opened my food and the order was total wrong and I paid almost $35.00 for food I received Mash potatoes and gravy. When I checked my receipt. Mash potato instead of coleslaw was on my receipt. I never asked for Mashed potatoes and Mary the worker asked me what sides I wanted. I lost my appetite. I should receive some kind of compensation. The order is complete wrong. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

The food is fine, and i have gotten food here a decent amount of times and they NEVER give you the sauce you order. I always get tenders, and they always forget the sauce. It's not the worst but very annoying. Other than that, it's good. Food: 5 Service: 3

This store is hands down the slowest I've ever been too. It doesn't matter if there is 5 people in line, or nobody in line prepare to wait 15-20 everytime. The store always looks disgusting. Also, even if 10 people are working 9 of them are handling drive thru, 1 Person is handling the front, and making their food Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

i went to kfc yesterday and i was very disgusted with the employees behavior/word choices. i dont know if there was a manager on the floor or not but while i was waiting for my food i overheard one worker tell another worker to “speak english here” and might i say that is very racist, unacceptable, and unprofessional telling someone not to speak their language. i thought this was suppose to be a family style fast food place and have a policy about discrimination, that made me very uncomfortable and when i received my food it was cold thats how long i was waiting for it and there was stuff missing from my order. i will not be coming back here again, very disappointed.

Don't trust the hours, they locked the lobby 2 hours early, forcing an online order to wait an hour in the drive thru, just to continue waiting at the front of the building. Ordering food at 7, arrive at 7:20, and I'm stuck waiting until 9pm for my food. This is poor management. Those doors need to be open for pick up orders when the drive thru wait is this horrendous. KFC has always been my go-to place, but tonight the woman at the drive-thru window (who also touches everybody's payments) moved our fries out of way to place the sauces down. That is absolutely disgusting! I mentioned it kindly to her as a suggestion to wear gloves if she needs to touch the food and she slammed the window shut in my face. I called to speak to the manager, he just said he'd let her know, "otherwise I don't know what you want me to do about it". This is the problem with these franshcises. There's no one to contact about management themselves so they carry on with these rude behaviors. If other customers don't care, fine! But don't make me feel like I'm the crazy one for wanting my food to not be touched by the cashier. Unacceptable! And it was handled poorly as a customer. If I could give you 0 stars I would. What absolutely terrible service. Stood in line waiting for 15 minutes and no one bothered to take our order. Just completely ignored us while they filled drive thru orders. Terrible operation. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
