Ordered 12 piece nuggets and asked for spicy dipping sauce. Nothing was in the bag but the nuggets and a napkins. So I asked again for spicy dipping sauce which is usually a buffalo sauce and the girl handed me an A&W spicy papa sauce and refused to give me more than one. When I asked her why no Buffalo she just shrugged her shoulders and gave me and obnoxious look. This sauce was sweet, not spicy and one container was nowhere near enough for 12 piece order of nuggets. If I wanted a&W products I would shop at A&W. Why in the world are they giving out A&W sauces with KFC orders? No thank you. Snooty girl at drive through, order a k6 I believe and wanted fried chicken as it said on menu. Went to the drive through and even snootier guy told me that they don’t. Asked to change it met with instant irritation and the a&w was very watered down. I use to love this place but customer service and there drinks have put me off for a while Food: 4 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Rude service, teenagers had an attitude problem. And went against code! We ordered 2 shakes with extra syrup no whipped cream, they gave us 2 shakes whipped cream and then took them back after we touched them and then resold them! Once they go out the window and a customer touches them you can't take them back! I use to work for Wendy's, McDonald's and Bojangles in NC. Why and how is this Bozeman joint still open. They fail on many levels. No online ordering. Lobby still closed. Steep prices. No KFC rewards participation. Don’t take my checking debit card or Amex. Gave use the wrong order tonight. Just a lousy location and has been for many years. This franchise owner needs to move it on to someone that wants to offer the full package. I’ve been sitting here for about 3 weeks wondering if I’m going to leave a review and after seeing the latest kfc commercial it got to me. This is the truth.. you need some fat white people such as myself running that place - because your food taste old and rubbery.. it’s just not right. I keep coming back with hopes but no.. I tossed all the food I ordered. The coleslaw smelt like garbage literally - tossed. Chicken was if it was made out of rubber no joke - tossed.. the fries…. Anyone go try the fries bet they get tossed..it’s sad.. I did however manage through the pure fatty in me eat the gravy off the mashed potatoes - that was splendid. But my soda was flat also.. I wouldn’t normally leave a review but it’s literally everytime I’ve tried this spot. Also, pick up your signage it’s tacky and makes the mess around your store taste like your food.. tossed.. sad.. need fat white people. Hiring? It's such an embarrassing experience. I love KFC, but this was uncalled for. Please beware of KFC workers. I ordered 12pcs Nashville Hot wings, and the "smart" worker intentionally packaged 9 pieces for me. If that was a mistake, I will understand, I gave her $11 cash, did like I didn't know how much was there, she recorded $10, and deducted the remaining from my card. If these continue on almost all buyers, the worker(s) made "more profit" deceiving customers. Pls beware of Bozeman KFC workers. I can share the receipt as needed. Check your package before leaving. Came inside to order ToGo 20 minutes before they closed the lobby. The person taking our order was more concerned with kicking us out and locking the door behind us than taking our order and completely botched the order.
