The wicked wings were disappointing. The batter was hard and didn't even coat the chicken properly. Instead there were big chunks of batter flaking off the chicken. Got the All Stars box, lucky for me it was cooked just right! You really can't beat the All Stars box it should be permanently on the menu. Always a hit or miss with fast food but they were a hit when we stopped in! Have been here to eat twice now. First time I came and used the self-service screen. That was my first mistake. Ordered my meal, paid for it and as I was about to take my number and wait for the food an error message pops up. The message read "there was an issue placing your order. Please take a photo of this screen and take it to the counter, your order will be completed" So i did as the screen instructed and the person i went to had no clue how to deal with this situation, neither did anyone else. I had to go through the trouble of showing him a bank statement on my banking app to receive my food. Honestly not good enough for the higher ups to install these self service machines and not train staff on the error procedures. Second time I went through the drive through. Was a very busy Saturday. Lady taking my order was very friendly and I received my meal instantly after paying which I was not expecting during a dinner rush. You don't expect to receive any service here, only food. If they were not KFC, no one would come here I believe. When I approached the pick up counter, the staff saw me but left the counter and walked in without any acknowledgement. Kept waiting, and someone came out, checked my order number, went in and never come back, I have to call another staff member to check, same, no come back. Most of the time they came out with other order and never told me what happened with my order. I have to check more than 3 times and they read my order number for more than 3 times. When my order is finally out, they read the wrong number and thought it was not for me.....no apologies at all, no smiles, as if I shouldn't be asking so many times....if it was not for KFC, I will never come back!
