Crunch Burger Meal
I recently ordered via the KFC app from Tygervalley mall. The driver circled the building 6 (not answering any of the 4 calls made to them) which led me to call the store. I mentioned to the store that I would rather wait for the food than have a refund, as the refund takes up to 7 business days, and I don't have enough money to do another purchase. In the end, the order was cancelled by KFC, and I now need to wait for 7 business days for a refund and go hungry for the day...thanks for this treatment of a loyal customer...

Was at Kfc tjis evening around 18h00. After waiting a few minutes to order, because the cashier was chatting to the people in the back, I was told they have no chicken. Nor mash. She again went to the back and after 5 minutes came back to say no chicken. They will start making it now. If they had a notice up to say no chicken it could have saved 20 minutes of my time.

Very disappointed. I had to order twice and havent receive any of the 2 orders. My lunch is 1 hour and I work 10 mins away from kfc. Highly disappointed.

Imagine during the rush hour there is only one cashier. I waited for over 45 minutes just to place an order.
The first redflag I ignored was how fast the food was ready for collection. Immediately after I was done ordering and moved to collection waiting line my food was ready. In all the KFCs I've been to, I have to wait for a few minutes while the food is being prepared but this kfc yhoo , once I was done and paid my food was ready, like when was it prepared? It was certainly left over because I vomitted and had the worst stomachache when I got home.
Wings were stale and not seasoned, wraps box master was soggy and tasteless. Chips tasteless and stale. I spoke to the manager and told him how I have never eating such nasty food from any Kfc branch before and he was nonchalant , he acted as if I was wasting his time while I was complaining. He didn't ask for the food back, and neither offered to give me a voucher, so I'd buy it at a different kfc and enjoy my food.
I wasted my money here....Never again ,kfc will never see me again due to this poor service. They can't be trusted 😡. Disgusting yho

Orders incorrect after standing very long to get your order. After rectifying order, still comes out wrong. Changing the order the third time I just took it to discover when I got home that my order was still incorrect. I have given up on this branch. I witnessed a different client also asking to speak to the supervisor as her entire order was wrong too. Well, she left after waiting long for this person to arrive. Bad, bad, Bad service.

Food was messy gravy spilled into the bag. There were hairs in the food. Im overly disappointed and very upset because I waa very hungry when I bought the meal.
Not impressed, ordered four zinger burgers with zinger sauce. Ended up with mayonnaise after the assistant confirmed that our order was with zinger sauce. Do we actually have to inspect the burgers too to ensure that we get what we ordered. See pic of zinger burger, poor presentation and garnish.
