I went in to the store to order and i was told i have to order at the kiosk by whay i suspect is the greeter. I told him id like to order at the counter to make my specific order as its easiest. (I was the only one to order at the time). I then got told twice i need to order at the kiosk by the lady at the till in a rude manner. I then spoke to the manager. All i wanted to swop the pap for mash on one persons meal. The manager was also incredibly rude and refused to assist me aswell. I then left and got food at burger king. This is some of the absolute worst swrvice i have ever recived i will never be returning again. All i wanted to do is speak to a person to make a simple request. Food: 1 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1

Placed an order , I see they are calling everyone order , 30 minutes later I ask about my order, only then they do it, no apologies whatsoever, really pissed off . Such horrible service 😡. Since 2021 I am a great supporter of this KFC. Lately the chicken does not taste like KFC,does not look like KFC. Just now again I bought a 3 piece there,believe me,iam souch disappointed in their food today that I will never again buy there again. No spices Yamato sauces or even a vinegar available. Chicken drumstick not done well as bleeding still shows around the bone. I just Throw it away. If this what kfx in klipfontein is becoming,you just lost a customer who bought there 2 to 3 times a day,daily. Now I'm done. So no one from staff noticed that the menu is upside down by the drive through?😅 Oh the cashier says it’s intentional cos those are old prices, so we dnt have to actually read them and ask to pay as depicted. So I asked why they dnt just remove the old posters... We can’t because we are not allowed to have the stands empty/blank. The first time I manage to get the nuggets meal cos three times I’ve been here and they didn’t have.

1st time visited the shop and definitely my last time. Have never received pathetic service in a shop. Worse the staff were on some story they were discussing before they attended to the only 2 customers at the counter.
