Kimm&Ridge | Restaurant 89 in Chablis is a great restaurant for a delicious meal and pleasant atmosphere. The outdoor terrace is beautifully shaded and the interior is cozy. The menu offers an extensive selection of salads, pizzas, and regional specialities. We had the €25 set menu which included an appetizer, main course, and dessert. The smoked duck and goats cheese appetizer was generous and very fresh. The steak and veal were cooked to perfection, and the desserts were satisfactory. The wine list was extensive and reasonably priced with many local producers. The staff were friendly and attentive. Overall, it was a great experience and we would definitely recommend Kimm&Ridge | Restaurant 89 for lunch or dinner.
