This was once one of our favorite places. But after my last visit, I won't be planning any trips there. We called a reservation in for a group of 25. When we arrived, we let them know that our party was down to 18. We were told it would be an hour. I asked why and was told that reservations make you have priority but do not guarantee a table. 2 hrs later all other parties, including those without reservations were sat. I spoke with the manager and his response was "not our problem". No apologies. We then sat for another hour before they sent us an older man who literally just slapped our food on the grill with no show. Our waitress was the only bright spot. She was working so many other tables that we did or own refills. Service Dine in Meal type Dinner Price per person $20–30 Food: 3 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 1

Where to begin!? We had a reservation for 6pm on Saturday. When we got there - they said oh a reservation doesn’t count. It just puts you at the front of the line… we waited 1hr before we sat down. There are two cooking stoves and our family had 3 kids 4 and under and after a reservation and an hour wait. We waited another 1.5hrs before the chef showed up and about 40mins before we got soup or salad. Overall do not recommend. It was busy night when we got there, we took a regular table so as not to wait so long. Our waitress introduced herself gave us menus and walk off, another person after a while came and took our drink order,most of the drinks were brought to us except the beer, mean while other people are being sat, finally our waitress comes to check on us and takes our order, still missing some of the drink order we tell her what we ordered and our food order finally we get the rest of the drinks at this point I am done with my drink and would like a refill, no refill till about 10min later, half hour later no food, my daughter in law got her sushi my son asked for our soup and saladsthat took some time about an hour into this we finally get our food and more refills. I was not impressed. I will give them one more try, hopefully the service will be better. The foodwas good. Went for a birthday party with reservations at 7pm. We were sat around 7:10 and did not order our food until 8:40. It took forever and all the kids were starving! The food was horrible! Vegetables were not even cooked and the steak was so chewy! The shrimp were tiny and overcooked! We were there until 10pm! For it to cost so much and to add automatic gratuity I expect more. Shogun and Tokyo are 10 times better. Will not return Food: 2 Service: 2 Atmosphere: 3

The waitresses and bar tenders are young with no experience. Very slow service took a minimum of 10 minutes to get a drink and had to ask or probably would have never came, the chef part was nice. Way over priced. Service Dine in Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 3

Quick seating and friendly service. The portions of the sushi rolls are generous and so are the hibachi meals. I had cucumber eel and avocado roll as well as spicy salmon. The eel was good but the salmon was a little fishy. My family ordered spicy California and spicy tuna. They enjoyed the California roll, but we all tasted the tuna and thought the use of sesame oil did not harmonize well with the tuna. There also seemed to be a sweet ingredient that didn't work either. I tasted the steak and shrimp hibachi and it needed seasoning but the mustard, ginger, and teriyaki sauces paired well with the meat, veggies, and rice. Sam and the lady at the front desk were very unprofessional. I called and placed an order over the phone. Me and my family always go there and get the same thing. The lady over the phone told me I could not get what i was asking for nor try to help me find a way to add crab to my shrimp tempura. After calling and agreeing to put it on the side. I picked up my food and got all the way home and there was no crab or spicy mayo on my rolls like I asked in the beggining. I called back and told Sam and he said to come back so he can fix it for me. I get there and they’re telling me I have to pay 5 dollars for the crab when they just made me come back all the way up here because they forgot. Mind you the lady called me two times after i placed my order to make sure thats what i wanted. I’m so dissatisfied and disappointed in this establishment because their food is great but the service was horrible and we won’t be coming back to this place again. Nothing like it used to be. And we just got charged $20 for 2 lemon drop shots, and was told they charge the same for shots as they do the actual martini ! Not going back anymore. Food: 3 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
