We have been eyeing this place for a while and finally decided to go. We decided to go all out and try multiple Kolaches. The Sausage & Gravy and Croissant were really delicious. It was soft and creamy. The ranchero was weirdly good! The Bacon & Cheese and Ham & Cheese. We weren’t big fan of it as it was barely any cheese and bunch of the Bacon and Ham. Nothing compared to the online picture. Customer service was good. The young lady was sick so it sort of made us concerned as she was handling our food. But overall she was patient and nice. We ate in there and it was quite cramped. My partner is 6ft and kept hitting himself with the lamp. Overall on 8 Kolaches and 2 drinks we spend $38. Would recommend if you are tired of eating Sausage and Cheese Kolache. This is by far the best place to get breakfast kolaches up till 2pm! Amazing coffees hot or cold and amazing customer service! The Kolaches here are okay but they seem to have an issue keep them made. Everytime I go here half the different flavours are sold ou and I have to wait for them to make more. Maybe if the reduced the vast amount of variety, they might be able to keep up with the demand for the remaining ones. Food: 3 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 1

I can not begin to say enough great things about this company. The manager Amand is an amazing person. His company donates kolache's to my volunteers every month for our Volunteer Day at Sarah's House. It says a lot when places like the Kolache Factory give back to their community. This company is definitely someone you would want to do business with, we need more people like them with big hearts like theirs! We thank them for their continued support! Meal type Breakfast

Definitely not the one downtown and the boudin would be better if they weren’t filled so much with jalapeños. I there away a whole dozen of them cuz they rated like pure jalapeño not boudin at all. Sausage and cheese wasn’t bad but they ate pretty much morning kolache style. Meh the downtown location has way better food. Food: 2 Service: 4

Was really surprised at how tiny their kolaches are, however, the BBQ brisket was amazing. Wasn't a fan of the ham and cheese, and thought the bread wasn't very flavorful.
