Has been coming to this place for quite a few years. Almost every time I am in seremban for dinner, this will be the main choice. The food is great. The specialty dish is the ice cold sweet sour pork.

We savored a spread of eight dishes in this restaurant in Seremban, this town is not usually celebrated for its food: stewed pork leg with chicken feet, meat-filled fried rolls, fried kang kong, “dance” chicken, iced sweet and sour pork, steamed ikan baung, tofu-encased minced pork and a dessert tong sui . Yee Sang was compliments from the house.
The offerings were pleasantly palatable with a hint of sweetness, all provided at reasonable prices with commendable service. The steamed fish and iced sweet and sour pork were the highlights; the fish’s delicate and firm texture was well-matched by the nuanced, earthy soy sauce. The iced sweet and sour pork’s crispiness was ingeniously preserved by a crystalline glaze, likely from being dipped in syrup and air-dried, forming a barrier against the ice’s moisture.

Iced Sweet and Sour Pork
Service was so-so, they missed out our reservation and we had to sit outside. Food waiting time is long as this place is always packed. But food overall was great, everyone enjoyed the sweet and sour pork the most.

Top notch taste. Even simple cuisines are elevated in taste and presentation.
My only concern is that they seem to not offer any physical or even QR menu which I find strange.
It gives an impression or sort of like driving non-patrons or first timer customers away as they have no idea what to order. Hope this can be improved in the future.

Don't even bother going. Worse service and waited 1 and half hour for food. Not worth even though food was decent tasting. When dishes arrived they kept bringing more dishes without the rice even though it was asked for many times.

No menu, very difficult to order plus staff is unhelpful in recommending dishes
Service staff terrible, we had to ask more than 3 times for a simple task. understaffed
服务生态度不好
food was still acceptable, but fairly average
dancing chicken is fragrant, quite unique
tofu vege still okay, quite soft and silky
bing zhen sweet and sour pork not enough meat, mostly flour, not recommended
spring roll meat is average
noodles are too salty 简直就是水加面

Yesterday's story after an appointment at Seremban back with the family for a sumptuous and delicious 😋 dinner. Ice pork was their signature dish and the asam fish was simply superb. It's a must-try guys, just a non-halal shop, so pls do take note...
